This gym is really nice and has a lot of amenities included in the membership. I went here in the afternoon and it wasn't too busy. It doesn't seem to get busy until after 4 p.m. The sales guy there wasn't pushy and I really appreciated that. I checked this gym out with a friend who showed me around. The cardio machines were really nice and are touch screen. You can create a profile and sign into it whenever u use any of the cardio machines, as it keeps track of your cardio history. I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. This place is pretty clean and I would recommend trying it out.
I had an appointment to go in and check out the gym along with my husband to see if it was a gym we wanted to join, during our workout a manager came to my husband and told him that we can’t work out together because he looks like my personal trainer. This is a complete turn off from the gym.As a manager it should have been handled completely different especially since he had knowledge that we were husband and wife and potential new members of the gym,we immediately left didn’t finish a workout.To feel like a criminal ,uncomfortable, and unwelcome at a place you should feel the most welcomed is a place i wouldn’t recommend to anyone if i could give 0 stars i would
An all around good gym--- big, clean, lots of towels, decent selection of machines.They offer lots of classes too if you are into that. Staff is friendly. Generally the place isn't overcrowded, even during "peak" hours but the occasional large group classes or unsupervised "after school crowd" can make it a little frustrating to find room to work out given the price point. But its still better than most other places I've been. The waterpark is pretty cool too--- my 6 year old nephew loved it.
Great Gym with great classes. Neville's spin classes are the best!!!! love the music he plays, the effort he put in & his constant encouragement. His classes are filled with GOOD energy that you walk out of the class feeling so great. Larry the sales manager is so friendly and so respectful, and so are the rest of the staff. However, the lady at the front desk Deena is so rude. She is on her cellphone most of the time, and when you want to buy water or a smoothie from the front desk, she makes you feel like "you are bothering me" so makes us wait until she is done with her phone calls. She is always rude and so mean. She acts like she is the owner of the facility. After reading the reviews of her here, i wonder why she is still employed.
Stay away from this gym. The management here is super rude and disrespectful to customers. Any time you walk in or call in to get help with a situation, the managers give you the run around and direct you to speak to other staff members. Small things that should be resolved in a few minutes become a days-week long task. All they care about is billing you every month. They speak to clients with such a nasty tone.
Cleanliness looks to be their prioritywhich I love additionally their equipment is top notch. Seems to be a friendly staff as well. I usually go in the am 9-11 and the lot is always full but it doesn't seem to interfere with my workout. They must have enough equipment. A tad pricey but you get what you pay for.
Weds night Aqua class with Sharon is amazing. I am in great shape since I started taking this class. Instructor is tough so don't get scared away . The cleaning staff is also amazing. They make sure the place is spotless. They deserve a big kudos!!!
I was so upset for charging us $250/month for a whole year. Even though you did not used the gym for a long time. A member doesn't get notification or mail that your contract is finished and they still keep on charging you every month without knowing. They still charged you full amount for not going to there gym. This gym is so expensive, ugly, smell, basketball court so small and crowded. The swimming pool has a time scheduled limit. No consideration. They just want your money. If you cancel it you have to pay the amount of 2 months fee. We can't even used the basketball gym thats the only reason why we join the club because of winter, we can't play Basketball outside. This gym is not worth it! I'll will tell all my friends and families how ridiculous it is. And also tell people that wants to know about Kinetic Sports Club. never join!
I'm a member of this gym currently. It's pricey but worth it esp. if you have kids who are able to take advantage of the activities offered. I just wish they open an hour earlier than they do. If you compare them to other less expensive gyms, their hours of operation is not good at all. They definitely should open earlier during the week i.e. 4a.m.
Visited the KSC for a children's party and was extra pleasantly surprised to find a clean, bright open and well attended club. For a Saturday afternoon I found it quite empty but that may have been due to the kids parties going on. Plenty of machines, weights, the gym for basketball was very nice and the indoor soccer along with the pool was great. I didn't experience the club as a member would but I can imagine how well attentive a member will be treated. If I lived in the area I would be a member for sure.
