Great gym that has everything you need to lose weight or to gain muscle. Kaleb and the entire staff are very nice and helpful. Gym is well kept and clean. Trainers are awesome and very helpful. If you need some extra motivation to get to the gym, this crew can help you make a big change in your lifestyle. They did it for me. Highly recommend.
Great gym! The staff are super sweet and child care is great! The bathrooms are clean and spacious. If you have any questions the staff are more than happy to answer them. If you’re not sure what to do they also have great suggestions. Very welcoming atmosphere.
The atmosphere in this gym is unlike any I’ve ever been to. The facility is always clean not to mention every single staff member is friendly and encouraging to not only myself but everyone that steps through the door. I’d highly recommend anybody in the area sign up and if you can afford a training package these guys are knowledgeable beyond belief. Best gym around.
This is a great gym with employees that are willing to help you achieve your fitness goals! The manager Kaleb takes time to sit down with you and find a plan that fits your budget and schedule. There is a variety of equipment and the gym is always clean. I love the atmosphere here and would highly recommend Kinetix to anyone!
This gym is a very good place to exercise and has a nice community atmosphere. It has child care, a separate room for group activities, clean restrooms and showers. The equipment is current and well maintained. The equipment was recently rearranged to provide a larger area for personal training. The staff has always been helpful, courteous and professional. Personal trainers are available.
Great energy! Great environment! Great staff! I enjoy everything about Kinetix! There was definitely a price difference coming from PF, but so far, it has been worth the investment! I'm on the path to achieving the goals I set out to accomplish when I joined! I would DEFINITELY recommend this gym!
Amazing gym!!! Absolutely LOVE going!! I've never been one to go to a gym, always preferred working out at home, so no one was watching. However, NOW, I wouldn't have it any other way! The instructors, as well as the other members, are phenomenal!!! They encourage you, support you, and make it FUN! . Jordan Stone
Love this gym! Everyone is friendly and always willing to help. my daughter and I both are members. We don't know that much about trining and use of equipment but Kaleb and all the staff are always willing to help. Great place to get in shape
The management and staff is wonderful! Shout out to the sitters in the daycare!! Love them all! Kaleb is always so friendly and is there to answer any questions I might have! Kinetics on Zebulon is by far the best gym I’ve joined!
I have been a member here for over 3 years and it's the best gym for me! They offer a variety of classes and the instructors are all very encouraging and caring. Also, If you ever want to try a personal trainer, or are looking for a new one, I recommend Shemar. Shemar has extensive knowledge and it's obvious how passionate he is about helping others meet their goals. Fitness is fun at Kinetix!
