Wow loved loved loved it here. Took my 9 year old day before school re started as a treat. He absolutely loved it! We did 2 games of bowling and half an hour on table tennis and it cost £22. Hollywood bowl is more expensive than this! We then went to the photo booth so cool! Loved it. Then off to American pool table. Mega. The music in here is so on point! Favourite part such a feel good place! Then some food too loved how quick and easy it was to order and arrive. Then off to the arcades. Love the card idea instead of those tickets elsewhere! Good idea! We had a cocktail and mocktail each. Tasty! My only criticism but no way enough to reduce to 4 star was the donut was a little dry... But yes everything was fantastic and we will be back!
I was quite excited visiting this new business with everything I’ve recent seen on TikTok. There are plenty of positives: the whole place is freshly renovated so very modern, there are plenty of activities and games to play at a decent cost. Personally I don’t think it’s overly expensive at all! They have a range of foods and deserts you can buy from your phone via a QR code. But it seems to me that the business is having a lot of teething issues. The staff are so slow, they take a while to see you at reception and seem to struggle with basic questions on availability. We ordered food and drinks, where the food came before the drinks which makes very little sense. Finally there was one member of staff taking food and drink to everyone in the whole venue. Avoid the pick and mix, it’s cost £3.50 for a miniature haribo sized sample.
I was looking forward to take my family as reading description on this place it sounded like a great place for the family. It is in a nice location and great setup, however, music was too loud and blasting out and price to play pool was far too expensive. Was told £6 for 30 mins so walked back out. If the music was turned down and prices more reasonable then would be a good place to go with family but I suppose this is very subjective.
This is a great new bowling and game space. We tried shuffleboard for the first time. We went the day after it opened so they were still attaching light fittings and installing milkshake machines. It's all coming together though. I'll be coming back here the next time I want to go bowling.
We went here for a work event. We had one game of bowling and followed it with pizza, drinks and fries. The bowling was fun enough weird animations though. Food was decent, pizza and fries all good could have done with more condiment selections. I thought the drinks were on the expensive side I don't drink and it was £4 for a large diet coke. I liked the overall feel of the place, much better than the one in the Trafford Arcade.
An amazing new spot on our weekend to do list. We came in to check it out and we ended up spending a great afternoon there with our friends and a couple of toddlers. The venue is greatly designed and even though we waited a bit too long for the food the staff made our stay there super nice and enjoyable. You can see the team is very involved, we had a young manager Mila looking after us the entire time. There is so much to do there, we will definitely be coming back.
We were running a little late and called ahead, the guy moved our booking ahead no problems at all. Checked in on a screen and off we went. The spaces between the lanes were quite small if you're a bigger family. Only drinks available to order at the lane. They're expensive to watch out! We wanted an extra game of bowling instead of the pre booked pool and they sorted it out and moved the money over. Ordered food and it is expensive but we thought it was good quality and decent size portions. The photo booth downstairs is a stand up one which was great for our big family.
Came to King Pins and had a wonderful time with my family. Radu served us and was most helpful. The business was busy and it was well managed. All the staff looked happy and the customers having a great time. Would 100% recommend and we will be back!
Had an absolutely brilliant mid week night out here a couple of weeks ago. It was so easy to book, the bowling lanes were state of the art and we could have spent all night in the arcade. The food was sensational, there was loads to choose from and we loved being able to mix it up with everything from pizzas to bao buns. We will absolutely be back!
Booked and played three times since opening! Twice with the kids and once adults. Great atmosphere, easy to book and very friendly staff l. We had been waiting a long time for this place to open and was not disappointed! So good to have somewhere to chill and have fun with great food and great drinks.
