King + Company, CPAs is a full-service certified public accounting firm founded in 1981. We provide corporate and individual audit, tax, and accounting services, primarily to banks, holding companies, manufacturing companies, small businesses and their officers and directors. We also provide forensic accounting, litigation support and business valuation services. Our firm is a member of the AICPA SEC Practice Section and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), which requires regular Peer Reviews and the utmost in quality control.
King + Company, CPAs is a member of the King Corporate Group that also includes King Southern Bank, an FDIC insured bank with operations in Jefferson and Nelson County, Kentucky; King Bancorp, Inc., the holding company based in Louisville, Kentucky; PSB Insurance Services, a full-service insurance agency based in Nelson County; and King Development Corporation, a real estate holding company based in Louisville. All of the Companies operate independently but complement each other by enhancing the resources available to provide services in the financial arena.
