The flicker that lit the flame....
The heart and soul of the bakery is Joe, a Master Baker of 50 years. Joe Denton now 72, began mastering his craft 55 years ago as a young man in Kingston, Jamaica.
After perfecting his trade in New York over a 30 year+ span Joe and his family came together to make a dream come true, and decided to open a family bakery and restaurant.
Now Joe, his wife Veronica, his son Hugh, grandson Julian and the entire family are working together to share their baked goods made with love and a master Baker's touch!
