We’ve spent decades helping our members to achieve their fitness goals and in that time we’ve seen the industry evolve from spandex and leg warms to workout trends like CrossFit, Insanity, Zumba and more! But as times have changed, so have we – our 60,000+ square foot facility has been transformed through a multi-million dollar renovation and now features state-of-the-art exercise areas, weight rooms, a basketball court, and even a turf field. Let our onsite nursery keep track of your little ones while you get in a good workout on our Life Fitness exercise machines, take a fun kickboxing or spinning class, or relax with some yoga! And when you’re looking to step out of your usual exercise routine, sign up for one of our fun athletic leagues. Need a little extra boost for your workout? Many of our members have discovered the benefits of working with a personal trainer so here at King’s Court we offer a complimentary one-hour fitness assessment with a trainer to choose a workout plan that suits your needs. And don’t forget to unwind at our smoothie bar or with a massage from one of our in-house therapists.
