We restored the old Denny’s restaurant on the property and made it into King's Highway, serving fresh food for hot days. The Amigo Room bar serves classic and creative artisanal cocktails and boasts the most beers on tap in Palm Springs.
We partnered with Jud Mongell and Ken Addington — the team behind Brooklyn’s beloved Five Leaves and our own L.A. Chapter — to reanimate King's Highway, the roadside diner at Ace Hotel & Swim Club. Formerly a Denny's restaurant, Jud and Ken's carefully cultivated menu focuses on fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, re-imagining desert fare to celebrate the ineffable, bohemian spirit of the wide open West. And coming soon: a coffee bar by the bean wizards at Stumptown Coffee. Our old ranch hand bar, The Amigo Room has happenings pretty much every night from live bands to DJs, R-rated bingo, trivia, comedy and more.
