The service was great my wife and I renewed our vows after 25 years and bought silver wedding bands they were a good buy. The Lady at the counter helped us plan a honeymoon by suggesting Mackinaw island SHE SAVED US MONEY BEING ON A LOW BUDGET and all rings were affordable and vacation well..... was it was awesome . King's Jewelry in Plymouth, Indiana is the premier jewelry store for Pandora, Gabriel & Co, Ed Levian, Hot Diamonds, and so much more. The owners, Will and Nancy King, are exquisite. They are friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and able to help with any jewelry inquiry. They will work their hardest to meet your needs and won't stop until they do! This Plymouth jeweler is the only store I buy my jewelry from. There are other options, but why go anywhere else? When I walk through their doors, I know I'm getting a quality experience. I highly recommend King's to anyone and everyone. Make a special trip out- you won't be disappointed!
If could, I would give them zero stars. The two gentlemen were trying to be helpful, but the lady was rude and condescending. I tried to return earrings that made me break out and she insinuated that I was trying to scam them. She would not give me my money back, but only gave me store credit. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! I will not be returning. My husband will be calling them to get a credit issued back to our credit card.
Walked in the store for a fun cupid night walk downtown with the wife and the older lady recognized my wife and told her to remove a negative review. She was very rude and i had to interject so we could leave. Not good customer service.
I was there February 2019 and got earrings for my girlfriend.. the lady was very helpful and very patient with me.. I had her running all over the place and back and forth.. thank you so very much for your help.. I'll be back
