I started bringing my audi here for just oil changes a few years ago.. brought my car for the real repairs to a German independent garage... but after realizing I'm over-paying and can just come here for honest and better priced work I cut my ties with old shop... Nam and his crew are friendly, quick and efficient. I now bring my Suburban here too... honest /no nonsense garage... thanks guys! I would bring them my airplane if they had space to park it they know their stuff

I've been coming to Nam & team for more than 2 years now with my 1986 Vandura and my 1996 Suzuki Sidekick. You will be hard pressed to find a more honest, efficient, and communicative garage in Vancouver. They are always on time, there's never been a task they couldn't do, and I've never had a single issue with any of their work in my time using their business. From carb tune ups, cylinder misfires, electrical issues, I would trust them with any job to get done well and at a fair price. Highly recommend.Services:&nbsp;Transmission

Booked a few days ahead to get my winter tires put on for Sunday at 11:30 am. I showed up early and waited in the car as the place didn't appear to be open yet. My appointment time arrives...10 mins pass, 20 mins and then 30 mins no one shows up. I called the office number but no answer and no room to leave a voicemail. After waiting 45 mins I try calling again but no answer. I give up and head home. The following day in the afternoon I get a missed call from NAPA/Kings Auto. I call NAPA back and Naam apologizes for not showing up on Sunday. He advises it was a family emergency and again apologized for not showing up. He asks if I am willing to give him a second chance. I say yes as he seemed sincere and very apologetic. Naam made it right and I would definitely come back.

This is my go-to place for my old Honda. The shop is 100% reliable; Nam, the guy in the front is knowledgable and good at comprehensive communication with customers. Everything is up front, no hidden cost or trying to get money from you. You paid for what you get!!!Services:&nbsp;General repairs &amp; maintenance

brought my own brakes and just needed them to install them.  they seem to be honest guys. Only issue I had was  the estimated time was way over...about 3 hours over.  Promised a time to pickup but wasn't ready.
