The Kings Mountain Art Fair is a juried fine arts and crafts fair that takes place every Labor Day weekend in the redwood forest above Woodside, California. Proceeds benefit the Kings Mountain Volunteer Fire Brigade and the local elementary school.

This fair is known for its dramatic redwood forest setting, the high quality of art, and the friendly vibe created by the all-volunteer staff of local residents.The event features over 135 juried artists across a variety of mediums, scattered through the redwood forest. There's a dedicated children's area with crafts, games, and face painting. Proceeds from art sales benefit the Kings Mountain Volunteer Fire Brigade and the Kings Mountain Elementary School.Tip: Get there early and enjoy the 8:00 am - 10:30 am breakfast with the artists!"

Just opened today for this whole weekend from 10am to 5pm.  Don't miss this great event put on by volunteers from the KMA neighborhood.   Fun for families, art lovers, hikers passing thru, and those that wish to support the local fire brigade and elementary school.  This is the 59th annual celebration and well worth the beautiful drive into the Redwoods off of hwy 35.  Free shuttles are available and admission is also free.   Come join the fun and enjoy connecting with wonderful people!

Awesome art fair in the woods! Well worth the trip, but remember to go early and park within the white lines along the road. Food and drink are hit and miss, but love the fact they're all volunteers, even the little kids are helping with trays! Other than the fact that this year happen to be on the hottest day, everything else was perfect.

This was a very enjoyable event. Some of the art work and crafts are just stunning. Parking is difficult however the shuttle service is fast and efficient. The food was good but lines were long. They  had large picnic benches yet it was hard finding space to sit, you just had to get cozy with your neighbors. The weather was perfect, over all I loved the small town feel of the place, the vendors were all very friendly,  and the whole fair had a atmosphere of community.

Great event great high quality artist.  All in a beautiful redwood forest.  Great art, Great food.  Parking is a challenge be prepared to walk from you spot or take the Suttle.

My favorite festival of the year. The art show in the redwoods is amazing. Been going for almost 20 years and it is also a fund raiser for their school and volunteer fire department.

Glorious day for my favorite  festival. We got there early for the pancake breakfast and to get reasonable parking. Fine arts were wonderful.

Our Must-Do each Labor Day weekend for the  innovative crafts and boutique fashions. We always go early for breakfast served by loyal volunteers.

Fun and enjoyable, even greater since you get to be outside and walk around. One of the most fun art fairs I’ve been too.

What a great spot for an art showcase, all top notch stuff,  the setting of the forest makes it magical. Definitely a place to chill with family. They had a trolly bus taking people up and down the highway for parking which was fantastic.

So many locals with so many varieties of stuffs.  Great for any ages. It only once a year during the Labor Day weekend.
