Staff is very helpful and friendly. Store is very organized and clean. I just love to see how everything is set up! I got what I needed and I didn't have to wait that long to check out even though it was busy.
Great selection and good prices. Love the bakery section.
Had what I needed, but I am not from that town. When I asked if there was a store courtesy card to get the discounts on some items I purchased, the cashier just said NO!. Every other store I go to asks if I have a card and when I reply no, they automatically give me the discount. Hmmmmm.....
My cashier this morning Alix or Alex? absolutely the best. She’s terrific. I’m at hannafords all the time, she really is the best cashier I’ve ever had. Almost made me forget how annoyed I was that you guys are rearranging and I couldnt find anything.
Poor service cashier made me wait until she was finish with a conversation she began after she started checkout,this was with a peer.Very unprofessional.
Favorite place for deli meats!! They offer a weekly deal of 1lb of meat with .5lb of cheese for only $10 and its always changing!
Great local grocery with very friendly staff.
Hannaford is my go to place for groceries but right now, I'm on crutches and after I cashed out, I started to fall over and fell into the other check out and none of the 6 employee that I could see offered any assistance at all. This was in April 2023 in the South Glens Falls Hannaford. I was very disappointed and haven't been back since
Overall I like to Hannaford I don't like him as much as I did Grand Union over it's not a bad place but why do most Hannaford smell like old people it's a very convenient grocery store
Got what I needed only. Prices of meat and food in general are way too high along with the gas to go window shopping for deals at other stores further away.
