I went to this school to ask about third party testing. Upon them telling me they do not offer third party testing to students that have went to another school other than theirs. The man at the desk starts yelling at me talking bad about the school I'm going to. Please, remember all I have done is ask about third party testing and said I went to school other than theirs. This was extremely unprofessional. I did not deserve to be yelled and have "You" statements thrown at me left and right. If he treats someone like me this bad for simply asking a question about testing Imagine how bad he will go off on a student for doing something wrong in a truck. I'm glad I didn't go to this school. I would not recommend this business to anyone. As a matter of fact I'm going to tell every single person I know NOT to go here!!!!!
I really enjoyed going to this school. All the trainers are nice and patient. Susan, Billy, Sarah, and Ralph are great people as well. I would highly recommend this school to anyone wanting to get their Class A CDL. They are really great people and will help you in any way they can. They really care about your success and they are very knowledgeable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! I graduated June 9, 2016 and couldn't have picked a better school to go to.
I shopped a few different schools to earn my CDL, then took the time to go up meet the staff and see the school. I absolutely made the right choice, from the first minute on past graduation, they made me feel right at home. Worked with me, teaching me from A to Z the nuts and bolts of driving. I would recommend this school hands down. One question that I asked, as a self pay what options do I have for employers. I asked that of every school, most pushed me back to the same contract companies they work with, long term contracts benefiting the schools and companies. , CCS offered placement services with reputable companies, with out contracts, this sealed the deal!
Graduated on 1/15/19. I had many job offers right out of school, even tanker companies were coming to the school offering us jobs. This school was known by every company I called. Over 10 companies were ready to hire me as soon as I graduated. Great instructors, practical training, and hands on learning. Thanks for the education, and good times!
Great school worth every penny Awesome staff I recommend over all other schools C.C.S. IS THE BEST Kenny is the BOSS best trainer ever !!!
Great all around truck driving school. Lots of in the truck time. Great instructors and staff. Fun but safe atmosphere. Great equipment to learn with like flat beds and 53' box trailers. Class room training includes doubles/triples, tanker, and HAZMAT endorsements. I recommend this school to anyone seeking a professional hands on training experience.
I had a great time at school here. Great people and atmosphere. Layed back and willing to teach you instead of just getting you by. They accepted my GI bill no problem and a good transition from military to civilian life. Kenny taught me #1 rule: Don't leave your keys in your truck!
I am college educated and wound up at 50 unemployed. I saw on fox news where if you at 50 an unemployed that you may never find a job again. So. I decided to change careers and go to truck driving school. It was a great experience and had so many job offers after graduation. I would like to thank Billy, Bobby, Kenny, Ralph, Sarah, and Susan for doing a great job. They have a proven formula to teach to drive a truck and it works.
The training is individualized to focus on where you need to practice the most. Instructors are experienced, and patient. I already had a CDL, but went as a refresher student for a week to get caught back up on skills and changes in laws. Although I already had something planned before attending, I saw that several companies prefer students from here. One company would take new hires as students out of this school, but required everyone else they hire to have a minimum of 1 yr exp. For that particular company, it is almost like they are saying 1 mo w/ CCS is equivalent to 1 yr exp; pretty impressive.
Great school and amazing instructors I had Eddie vaughn and he worked at the pace that best fit me and helped me become a pretty good driver pretty quick he is a great instructor i recommend anyone who is interested in getting your cdls to come to this school you will be blew away.
