I love it! I've been living there for a long time. I never have any issues with my packages in front of the door. And it does matter how long they stay there, Kids Friendly.

Just an FYI…your employee Kate Peter, burned your company truck in an attempt to frame her former employer turtleboy. Do not cross this woman or you will be a victim of a harassment campaign. She currently has a harassment prevention order out on her and has violated it twice. Be very careful of this dangerous person!

Been here 17yrs! I have no complaints. I love my bldg and the neighbors within it. We are like family; taking care of one another. Everyone here in Kingswood from my personal experience have been very nice. Management is good to work with and I love my maintenance guys!! Trust, when I say I moved from Boston, not a city girl. This place is always well maintained, landscaped, clean. During the summer I sit on my balcony and enjoy the quietness. During those nice summer nights all I hear are the crickets. I have neighbors that have been here as long as I if not longer. I feel bad for those who have had unsatisfied experiences while here I cannot speak as to their situation, reason being etc. But as far as I can attest, it is a nice place to live and close to MANY places!!

This really is such a nice place to live, fair market rent, family oriented. However, being here almost 2 years now recently new neighbors moved in to building 5 and they smoke weed habitually. The smell goes through the vents and lingers in the hall so bad it seeps into your clothes going to the back door. A bunch of us have complained to management and the issue is still going on. There are families with kids here and these people have no respect for their neighbors. Other than this really frustrating situation this place is good. I hope to be able to remedy this issue soon so heads up if your looking for a nice place with raising children I would look elsewhere from here. It's really sad. Update left that place and life is good now. Not a place to raise kids. Too much drug and criminal activity.

I've been trying to get into an apartment since June. I have been given the run around at every step. Then I have 3 days before the first of the month. Still nothing. I call the company and they tell me my application was denied. Take into consideration that two of those 3 days are the weekend I essentially have no place to live because as far as I knew everything was fine. Kate is the WORST. No sympathy whatsoever for the fact that she couldn't have called me or not informed me sooner. Just has no problem leaving a woman and her child without a home. What a rotten human.

I would stay far away from this place. Employees have bad criminal histories and treat women horribly.

Nice place to live very family friendly, maintenance team are top notch! Fix up anything for you. 24/7 assistance.
