Established in 1970, Kingwood Memorial Park in Lewis Center, Ohio is located north of Powell Road and South of Orange Road, close to Olentangy River and Highbanks Metro Park. My family has been waiting since September 2018 to have a headstone engraved. Customer service here is a problem that doesn't seem to get addressed by management. The 5 star review listed in the reviews was for a previous management company- they did take concerns seriously and rectify problems; I've dealt with them before. Current management does not seem to address issues, and don't even return calls when promised. Guessing my family is not the only ones dealing with the poor management.

Absolutely stunning location however, the management team is extremely unorganized and lacks professionalism. My Mother passed away in April and we were told that her plaque would be ready within 8 weeks. July rolled around and we asked what was the status of her plaque. We did not receive a direct answer but was told it would "be ready in 2 weeks". It is now SEPTEMBER 12TH and they STILL do not have an answer for us. For the amount of money we have given to this company and they still cannot give us a direct answer is unbelievable.  Also- we were told that we could only reach the manager/higher-up via email and they "don't know when he stops by the office" nor does he have a work phone.  I hope this does not happen to anyone else and their loved ones. This has been an devastating experience and disrespectful towards my Mother.

My grandparents have been buried in this cemetery for over 10 years and my father recently passed away. They let us bury my dad with his parents and provided a touching tribute on the day we did the physical burial.  Thankful for the support and care.

I have been waiting for 1 year and 4 months to get dates Put on my husbands Stone.  They say they will call but they do not.  I am so sorry I put my husband there and have recommended to many.  I guess I was a little fast on that.

Have been waiting over 8 months to get a headstone and still no stone .the base of the headstone was put in and it is all cracked .if I would have known the level of service this place has been providing I would have never even picked it stay clear they're quick to take money and no service. By the way the picture is all we've got in 8 months

Absolutely the worst! Don't give them a dime uncaring and just plain rude! Just days before a memorial service they decided that someone made a mistake and then felt the need to pass that mistake onto the customer. Terrible expierence sorry for anyone that has done any business with this establishment. Being in customer service I'm just in shock with the whole situation !!

They are really doing a excellent job,they replaced all the flags with new ones,repaved the columbrium and the pavers by the benches towrds the miantence shop,the office is quick to get things fixed as long as you put in a request we like the spreading pond,me and my husband go there to feed the fish.keep up the amazing work kingwood.

My loved ones have been memorialized at Kingwood many years. I appreciate the serenity of the Whispering Waters area.

Best cemitary you should defnitly go here great business all religions great workers no other buissness is better .

Very unorganized. Would not recommend them as a place of interment of a loved one.
