Kinne's Jewelers

I needed to get my two wedding bands sized and only had 16 days until the big day because of a mix up with a different jewelry store. I took my rings to Kinne’s, hoping that they could be sized in time. The woman who helped me initially was very kind and assured they’d be done in a week & a half to two weeks. They were ready after only a few days, and they fit perfect now!

Went there because they are friends of the family. Daughter apparently has ownership now... told her a story and she really made me feel "common" overall showed me a good set, but was "above" me in presentation. Sad... the parents did such an amazing job.

I went in to have my wedding ring fixed and the lady told me it "wasn't worth fixing". Apparently sentimental value means nothing to her which is strange for a jeweler not to understand. I wanted to take it someplace local but wound up taking it to Nasr's in Denton and they couldn't have been nicer. They didn't seem to think it wasn't worth their time. If you don't fit the mold of Kinne's regular customers they will just assume you are beneath them and couldn't possibly afford their services.

Kinne's is a locally owned wonderful "gem" of a jewelry shop in Downtown Gainesville. The staff are all so sweet, and the service is amazing. Love their handmade wax seal jewelry.

I have had my grandmother's ring fixed here in the past. I had special idea in mind for a pendant and they worked with me to make it come to life. Every time I have been in whether its just to window or buy something, everyone is super helpful and friendly! I love having them here in our small town!

Really nice people. Didn't get to look at items like I wanted to..But they closed at 5. They stayed 15 minutes over so I could look around.

The sales rep. Jamie was very helpful & friendly helping me pick out a gift for my daughter's birthday. The displays are very nice. Everyone in there is very helpful & friendly. Will shop there again!!

I had a great experience at Kinne's. The sales girl was so helpful. She showed me something as I was about to leave, and it was just what I wanted. Will totally go again!

WHAT A GREAT CREW. Smells like sunshine and cinnamon. Nicest opals I’ve ever seen. Coolest custom work. 10/10 would recommend.
