I was very disappointed with the customer service today. The employee Stephanie should be trained to focus on the customer as much as she focuses on the displays. She did not have time to respond to my questions or try to successfully find the product I was seeking. Went to West Cobb yesterday and had an awesome experience.
Bought these 2 beautiful peices and a huge open wall clock to add to my home decor. The associate that helped us was great and gave my husband and I some wonderful ideas for decorating just from looking at pictures we showed her of the different rooms in our house. Thanks soo much for being so helpful and friendly. I can't wait to hang thses and the clock.

I usually do not post reviews I feel this is a must especially after seeing an existing review regarding the same issue, customer service. I agree with the previous comment in regards to a young lady at Kirkland McDonough GA needing some customer service skills. If this was indeed the same young lady, she totally ignored us at the checkout counter by never acknowledging us or making eye contact. She continued doing something on the computer as we stood there about 5 minutes. A brief “someone will be right with you” or anything else would have been nice. We put our merchandise down and walked out. I can buy products anywhere but good customer service is what sets a business apart from the rest.
The items in this store are beautiful but I just have to say that the young lady working in this store has absolutely no customer service skills at all. I walked in and was not greeted nor was I asked if I needed any help or anything. She walked around on the other side of the store and made no eye contact and pretty much did not acknowledge that there was a customer in the store. It’s like she was trying to avoid helping me. So I walked out, I refuse to spend my money in a place that can’t acknowledge their customers.

10-14-18 - stopped by with my wife and kids while in the area. Store was clean, and many patrons were there looking for things in general, seasonal, and for Christmas. There were many sales, so no need for coupons. The staff was helpful, and treated everyone with care. The only thing, which I always ask when I go, is I wish they could tell me the fragrance or combination of fragrances for purchase, that are always present when you enter the stores. Man, Kirkland's could make many more sales if they could package and sell it. And as one of the staff said, others have asked the same question.
Smells like the best thing ever the minute you walk in the door. So nice and displayed so lovely!! Great home ideas and set up. I found my new pleasure!!!
