I will not go back to this store , 2nd time the employees being rude, and I always spent quite a bit of money here. Now you can’t even use the bathroom , So I left and she followed me out to my car and said well I can stand at the door while you use it , uh no! I’m not 5 yrs old !!! I’m like I’m done with you and this store !!! Misty rabun No more Kirklands for me .
Jessica was extremely helpful, told me about the 25% off coupon that they had at the register. Later a manager came by and handed me one! They have a very eclectic selection and the store smelled fantastic!
Great experience at Kirkland 's tonight 1-19-2019. Went looking for a framed mirror to decorate the house and left with 2 framed mirrors and a small decorative table. Helpful and friendly staff. Even informed us of a special discount on our purchases. Additionally, one gentleman on staff voulunteered to assist us in carrying our items out to the car even though it was raining. A well kept, well stocked shop with all kinds of wonderful surprises. I look forward to my next visit there.
RUDE !!! Guess I wasn’t dressed to your satisfaction in my work clothes. Stood at the register while both associates helped someone not even in line! I was completely ignored. And please keep in mind they had just helped two other customers in front of me. Completely disappointed!
The service is excellent. Employees are fabulous, helpful, smiling and willing to help out in everyday. Its our go to store because of their customer service
Due to level of treatment that I received from this store it's not worthy of a star. Today i went to return some items that i purchased a week ago. I was told by Daniel, store associate, that he was not going to return my items, and that a manager would have to return my items tomorrow. This associate, Daniel took my merchandise and place my items outside of the store. He said that" I will not serve you, come back tomorrow for another manager to help you". Please bare in mind while he took the merchandise outside, I'm at the counter looking for my receipt in my purse not even aware that he had taken my items and placed them outside of the store. When I found the receipt I asked the other associate Jennifer, can you help me, and she replied" I'm really off and there's nothing i can do". To make matters worse Daniel calls the police on me, why? because he has been taught that's what you do to African Americans no matter the reason. Words can't express my feelings right now, but this behavior/culture I guess represents Kirkland's core values; therefore, I will never shop here again.
What's not to like at Kirkland's. It's getting a little pricey but so is everything else these days. They have so much nice decor for home. They have lots of Fall decor out.
Kirklands is always so neat and clean. It also smells good all the time. I think this is why I spend all my check there because it's welcoming.
I love all their decorations! A nice variety to choose from. The staff was very helpful and very nice. If I couldn't find it, they did not mind going to look for it in the back. Always have great sales going on too!
