I love this store so much. I always find amazing items and the staff a very kind.
I usually completely enjoy my experience with this store. I had a defective product that I was trying to return, and I got completely rude Carol who acted like I was trying to rip off the whole company. I will be moving on to corporate to make them aware of the issue that Carol seemed to believe I had caused. So disappointed that people think it's acceptable today to treat customers like this. Especially a customer who has been loyal.
Going out of biz quietly. So bargains are to be had.
Love this store!!! Everyday is something different, unique style! A recommend!

The stuff in here is so cute, especially around the holidays. And the team working here are all pleasant and helpful. It's just kind of pricey for a lot of the items. Otherwise I'd spend much more there!
Every single employee in the store goes out of their way to make your experience perfect! I love this store in Wake Forest and every single person that works there!
We didn't have but about 30 minutes in Kirkland because we were running time down for our reservations at Texas Roadhouse. I saw several reasonable items I' ve been looking for the price was good also I think I may have to go back tomorrow.
They have a lot of cute things for decorating. Unfortunately, didn't have any coupons that applied that day. Also wanted to buy a fall wreath on-line and they're always sold out.
I love this store. They always have good stuff and something is always on sale. Staff is nice. This time of year they have learners so you just need to be patient.
