Love shopping here! Always great deals to be found. Store smells amazing as well!
Kirklands staff should communicate to the customer that product is on clearance and not returnable. I bought two throw blankets in the store and no where did I see that they were on clearance and could not be returned. Seems like a terrible practice for a home decor store. They have lost a customer.
1st time in this store and I want to live there! It has some amazing items and pretty good deals too!
Love this store. They have great sales/coupons and the store employees are always friendly. Only downside I would note is their web assistance. I couldn't get set up and never got a response to my email or phone call.

Worst customer service/staff I have worked with at any store. I am a huge shopper all over the tri- states and I will never forget this experience. Basically ruined my holidays.
Worst online experience ever ... Ordered 3 cool mirrors on January 11 with a 7-10 day ship date to my local store ... 3 weeks later they say they were damaged in shipping but will reship ... A few hours later they cancel the order leaving me high and dry .... Will NEVER order anything from them again ... BEWARE ... Got tons of solicitary email in those weeks i spent waiting for nothing
My wife walked in and fell in love with this store! Great gifts and home decor items, and lots of deep discounts and clearance items. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Love going to this store. Can usually find some.sort of discount or coupon.
Wide variety of home decor items. Compatible prices with similar stores. Sometimes the smell of all the candles and potpourri can be a bit overwhelming though.
