The store always looks impeccable. Cutest decor! My favorite. My only complaint is the employees. Barely got a hello when I walked in on New Years Day. I was the only one in the store with two employees. Never asked if they could help. I was on my phone looking for a coupon when paying and the clerk asked me if I was looking for something in a not so nice manner as I was looking for a coupon. Just rude…. Good job Kirklands on your store and display. Maybe ask your employees if they are unhappy‍
I love this kirklands. I go here every time I'm in town. Costumer service is great, store is always clean and welcoming. I've been to other kirklands they are not all this good.
Staff was helpful, allot of merchandise on a small place.
Staff was very helpful, store was clean, stocked, and organized. I witnessed one store associate help carry a customer's purchases to the door so she can load them into her car. I thought that was very thoughtful and helpful.
Went in here on the way through Wentzville looking like a hot mess from traveling. I was greeted with smiles and helpfulness. Prices are typical to a home goods store with a few cheaper & higher pieces thrown in. Rest room was clean! 4 stars because several things that were shown online to be at this particular store we not actually in stock.
Love this store! The items are great and change frequently. It can be a bit costly; however, most of the time there is a coupon available, so that helps. Only negative is the overwhelming smell when you walk in. It is soooooo fragrant that it gives me a headache. You know it has to be strong when you walk out of the store smelling like it.

Kirkland's is one of my favorite places to shop for home decor. When they have their sales, watch out, i need 2 carts! Lots of cute holiday decor, and a lot of more modern country/farmhouse decor, among other things.
First off I love Kirkland's and their products. I came into the Wentzville store today to pick up an online order that was sent to the store. It was a strange experience. I normally do not write complaints but this experience just left me with a bad taste. The cashier pulled out a book with my order information. Attached to my sheet and the rest of the sheets in the book was a 15% off coupon. She handed it to me and said here's your coupon. And she proceeded to go get my order. It only took her about a minute to retrieve my purchase. I signed the form and handed it back to her. As I picked up my purchase. She said "I'm going to need that back it's only for today" referring to the coupon. Now whether it was or not I'm not sure because I didn't have the coupon long enough to read it. What was the purpose of giving me the coupon in the first place just to take it back? Even if it was only good for "today" then how did she know I wasn't going to go look around the store and purchase something either in store or online? She didn't even take the time to explain what it was for or to suggest that I even look around the store. It was poor customer service. Confused I handed it back to her. She didn't even look up at me the rest of the time because she continued to write. She then stated "That is all" as if she was saying you can leave the store now. Stunned by what had just happened I pick up my purchase and walked out of the store. I don't care about the stupid coupon but I do care about the interaction that took place. Now I understand that this is just one experience with one cashier but it still left a bad impression. I will continue to purchase from other stores but based on this experience I will not be returning to the Wentzville store.
