I've had a store credit for 4 years I don't even want to get rid of on $13 candles or $600 ikea type consoles. Good luck shopping without getting a migraine from the potpourri
Wish they had a bigger selection of different styles. Seems to all be one style of decor besides seasonal and maybe you’ll find something different if you’re lucky. Overheard the employees gossiping about a customer who was shopping. I do believe they profile customers. Younger ladies that seem to have an attitude with just a glance. Sad to see the store change in a negative way. Used to love coming here and being greeted with a smile!
Good store not related to Costco's Kirkland - go figure!. Salesperson very polite, not trying to push anything. If you take some time, you'll find good deals, especially now, with their 30% off campaign.
It's nice but it was predictably boring still leaning on old concepts and design trends.
Clean store. Used to love Kirkland's. Now merchandise is a lot of overpriced stuff I wouldn't want in my home. So sad. I used to go at least once a month and always purchased something. Still visit there every couple of months now to see if by chance they have something I may want. Haven't purchased anything in the past two years. Hate yo see Kirkland's letting their company turn into another statistic.
My fiancée and I went into this store to look around and maybe do some last minute Christmas shopping. We are an interracial couple and were profiled upon entering. We made it around halfway through the store and I noticed one of the associates following us and keeping an eye on us. She'd look away once she saw me looking over at her but then immediately look back when I looked away. This continued as we walked the length of the back of the store when I decided to tell my fiancée we were leaving. We will not be spending money here.
We were looking for an engagement party gift for some friends and we quickly found exactly what we were looking for. The lady who was checking on us was super helpful and sweet. She was asking us if we had any ideas on what they would like or their tastes and it helped us quite a bit because she could point us in a direction for what we needed.
I bought a long Murrow.. first of they did not wrapped and nobody was able to help me taking the mirror in the car. I try to hung the mirror and the pieces where you put wire broke. came to returned and the manager Jay not even let me get in to the store screeming..I'm not going g to take it back...He is the rudest person I have to deal as a manager. He not even let me explain. They people at the store are not friendly.. I don't understand how this store hire a manager ...Not even his appearance help him.. Very dissapointed with this store..Customer service is terrible.
We have purchased many items for our home from this store over the year. The prices have been excellent, consistently good selection that looks great in our house, and a very helpful staff. Highly recommended!
