Kismet Consignment

I always see this store on my way to the dog park. Today I went to see if I could find pretty jewelry in silver or amber. As I walked in I was greeted and informed about local items and specials. I said I am interested in Amber or silver jewelry. I walked towards the case that I was pointing at. The lady really quickly grabs something within my reach that a customer was about to purchase. I started looking and I saw something pretty, but the lady doesn't acknowledge my presence in the store She doesn't say I will be right with you. The guy next to her said: "do we have Amber?"...."oh Amber I didn't understand her accent"...I have an accent but he clearly translated well for me. I understand that coming just out of the dog park I wasn't looking my best. Regardless you should treat customers right because it might surprise you that I was looking to spend big bucks for the right item. She repeated twice again to him, never to me, that she couldn't understand my accent. Then I was really hurt walking towards the door. She seemed very happy to see me go.

Love kismet...great items. Consider opening at 830am, alot of mom's dropping kids at nearby schools would love to swing in there after school drop off in the morning.
