We had a positive experience from designing our kitchen remodeling to installation and final walk through. We found Clay and his staff polite and knowledgeable. They came to our house for measurements and took copious notes of our requirements. When we viewed the design at their office, Clay, Koren, the designer, and Jack, the contractor were all there to answer questions and make modifications. We got a timeline for the remodeling and they stuck to it. The crafts persons were skillful and polite. Upon completion Clay did a walk through and noted any last minute changes that were promptly adjusted. I highly recommend Clay and has staff for quality custom-made cabinets, hardware, and proper installation.Services:&nbsp;Cabinet design

I purchased cabinetry for a new kitchen and two bathrooms from Kitchens by Clay. The shopping, selection and design experience went great until the contract was signed. Everyone in this office mostly family members were awesome to deal with, except the owner who delivered a less than an ideal experience. After signing the contract, he felt free to say whatever came to his mind...once telling me to "keep out of it" when he showed up on the job site to check on things. My new bathroom vanities came reversed because he forgot to reverse the drawings. Although most of the problems associated with the reversal were modified on site, a medicine cabinet now opens from the opposite side that one would naturally expect. Also, during the planning stage, when I noticed that the wall cabinets would be lower on the wall than a standard 18" backsplash height, he first refused to correct it with the manufacturer. He then later agreed to modify the wall cabinets, but emphasized how much he was "going out of his way" and that he "came in on a Saturday" to do so. The cabinets I purchased were installed only 10 months ago. In that time period one of the bathroom pieces has demonstrated a separation/splitting/coming unglued at the joint seams, where the boards are joined. He refused to even look at it in person, and stated this issue is not covered under the warranty.  I refrained from reviewing this business during the entire process, because I wanted to wait to see what kind of customer service he would deliver if I ever had an issue down the road. Well, now that I know,  I decided it was appropriate to describe my experience publicly. In a last ditch effort to work with the owner on this matter, I told him of my plans to review the experience on Google and his response was to threaten to turn this over to his attorney.

Kristen is the very best .. the store is gorgeous and offers you lots of design ideas. I recently purchased new hardware for bathrooms and Kitchen. A fabulous selection of high quality pulls and Kristen took the time with me and assisted with my selections. When you are ready to remodel or update your kitchen and bath, please ask for Kristen. You’ll be greeted with a smile and a true professional!

I was hoping to design my kitchen with this company but I was told that the workers would be stretched too thin for them to come out to do work at my house.  I live no more than 20 minutes from the showroom.  I was also told that they stick to the water where their clientele is.  I know people that have had their kitchen done by this company and they live 15 minutes from the showroom, also not near the water.  Something clearly does not add up here.  Maybe they should draw a map on their website of the areas that they are actually willing to accept business from.

We stopped at the store today to see  their kitchen cabinet. We would never purchase cabints from a store with employees that don't have any customer service skills. The store showroom manager is extremely rude.
