Kittitas Valley Urgent Care

The urgent care treating Nurse Practitioner was extremely thorough and very concerned about my well being. Excellent care and very informative. Spent time reviewing my situation, asking the right questions and the details of the next steps in the treatment. Felt like she was my family Dr. Cannot say enough good things except the wait was a bit long, but with that kind of medical expertise focusing on each patient, I can see why people go here!

This group of medical professionals is outstanding! Each and every person you come in contact with here is caring, knowledgeable and thorough! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is usually a lengthy wait to be seen but that's anywhere now days! I've waited longer at a scheduled appointment elsewhere!

Dr. Bentley is awesome. I've had a driver physical or 2 with her and then yesterday had a minor procedure. She's professional but also easy to talk to. By far one of my all time favorites. The office staff and nurses are also very friendly and helpful.

I went to Urgent Care for a broken toe. Everything is automated on their user friendly website. I scheduled my appointment and downloaded my insurance information and signed my consent before I left home. They assessed the damage, X-rayed, and results were produced within the hour - I felt very well taken care of. Everyone was friendly and professional. It was the ideal option for my injury.

If I could, I would give zero stars. Not only have I had a horrible experience but so have the 2 people I have gone there with. In my personal experience I had a swollen nose, black eyes and intense pain breathing. The doctor came in, yanked on my nose as I yelped in pain and proceeded to do nothing else and tell me I was fine and it was just bruised. It was extremely rushed and he was very condescending and acted as though because I was a woman, I was just overreacting. My roommate went there for an intense case of ring worm which covered 4 inches of her arm and was on her legs and he told her this was an extremely mild case and she was being ridiculous. Was rushed through her exam as well and did not listen to any of her concerns. Most recently, my boyfriend went to this urgent care coughing up blood and also blowing blood out when he blew his nose, he was tested for Covid, strep, and the flu but was told 2 of those tests came back negative and didn’t give him any help or knowledge on why he is coughing up blood. Just said “these tests are shit” and said he probably has those 3 sicknesses even though the medical tests came back negative. The professionalism is extremely poor and lacking, they provide little to no medical help and just act like there is no real issues. The worst experiences I have ever seen when seeking medical help. They need to do better and should be help accountable for their poor actions. Don’t get a job in healthcare if you can not do it correctly.

They do not listen, and are clearly in a hurry. Took my daughter in that has been super sick for a week and has been having asthma flare ups. The doctor didn't even look in her nose after I told him she has yellow and green discharge. Her left ear was hurting as well, said there was too much gunk to see then never reevaluated her one ear. The evaluation was so quick and rushed. Very impersonal and uncompassionate. He told us to come back in a week for bronchitis medications if still sick. They were not listening that she has severe asthma and as a mom, that is awful. She is a very active child, even when she's had pneumonia in the past and he told me "she doesn't look sick, she looks fine". Not good care or bedside manners. Now I will be going to another urgent care and spending more money. Very disappointed.

I’ve been here twice. The first time they were really nice and on top of everything. The second time was about 4 weeks ago and I went in to get prescription and they said they would send it not telling me that the co pay would be over $100 dollars and that this prescription was very rare. I then asked them to send it to one of my insurance pharmacies and they said they would but never did. I quite literally asked them to send this prescription to 3 different pharmacies and they never did. It has now been 4 weeks and i’m just getting my prescription after a lot of irritating problems. At this point I have better experience driving 2 hours away to the west side to get assistance.

Dr. Bower, Mike and the whole team are great! I declined some treatment options because I need time to think about review what the doctor told me. They were prompt about getting them sent to the pharmacy when I reached out to let them know I should have accepted them when I was there.

I brought my two year old in. It was pretty busy but the staff were nice and were handling it well. It seemed like the nurse practitioner listened well and prescribed some medicine that was easy for my daughter to take. Would come again we need to.

Lisa Jones was fabulous!! She was kind and thoughtful and very open to work with me to trouble shoot what is going on with my daughter. She took the time late in the evening to call and go over labs we had drawn. I was so thankful for her care and concern and the time she took with us. I would reccomend her 100%. Thank you Lisa!!
