I was a big fan of Klassy Kidz until today. I purchased about 80 percent of my twins boy and girl wardrobe from Klassy Kidz. Today I brought in all of my newborn sized clothing to consign with them for the first time. I was expecting that they would not take a few pieces of clothing, but I brought it all just in case. To my surprise, after the sales clerk took my belongings in a backroom to inspect them I really didn't like that practice she returned with over 2/3 of my clothes and said that they were not going to accept them. Upon inspection, over 1/2 were items that I had purchased from Klassy Kidz and my babies either did not wear, or only wore once. There was even a pair of Swaddle Me swaddles in there that were purchased new and NEVER USED. I am not sure how much wear a newborn can put on something only wearing it once. Either the clerk did not feel like doing her job today, or they do not have any sort of consistency when it comes to choosing what they will accept for consignment. How can you sell me something and then refuse to reconsign it when it was never used!!! I have seen items in far worse shape on their shelves. To add insult to injury, I had all of the items folded nicely and had outfit sets put together. When I received my items back from the rude clerk, it was a jumbled mess! THEY LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER TODAY. I was driving past 5 other consignment stores to go to theirs because a friend referred me to them. Do yourself a favor and don't shop at Klassy Kidz if you intend to consign with them!!
New owners. Downsized to less than half of what they used to carry. Customer service run of the mill now. I stood outside for 10 minutes before they unlocked the door. They opened at 10:10 not 10:00 as stated. The end of an era for my children. I won't ever go back. They should have a new name because Klassy Kidz WAS a wonderful store. Not anymore. Sometimes change is definitely not good a good thing.
Love this consignment store! They always have great selection and such good prices. And the staff is very helpful. For big things I call ahead and they are happy to check what they have in stock. The items are always changing, so if you can't find something today you can probably find it there later. Makes me feel silly for the things I've bought retail!
I love this store. They only sale quality items at GREAT prices and the staff there is AMAZING! I have made a lot of money by taking outgrown clothing, shoes, toys. Check this store out...newborn to juniors, toys, books, purses, jewelry. They have it all.
If you are a consignor, I would look elsewhere. My experience with Klassy Kidz was not good. Not only were the sales clerks unfriendly, I highly question their business practices. In my personal opinion they are unscrupulous and unethical. Let me explain why. . . . First, let me start out by saying my Mother owned a successful women's consignment shop in Casselberry/Fern Park for many years so I am very familiar with how they operate. I had some very nice, lightly worn, girls clothing that no longer fit my daughter. Because of their condition and the high dollar price tag of these items, I couldn't bring myself to toss them. I had donated a lot of other items but held on to some items because I knew they still had value. I finally gathered these items up and took them to KK after reading their reviews. I called 1st to get info on the process then took the items in. Everything was clean, folded and in a rubbermaid container. Upon entering the shop there were two people working. I think one was the owner. The shop was empty as was the parking lot outside. This store is in a dying shopping plaza and I thought, hmmmm, the sales here can't be that great. Regardless, I was there and ready to move forward. I have never encountered two more unfriendly sales associates. No greeting, no chit chat, no nothing. They were like robots. I was given paperwork to sign which I did. I was not given a copy of anything. They went thru the items and kept about 10 or so items. I was surprised that they didn't keep the multiple pair of $100.00 jeans in a size 0 but they were flared bottoms and apparently out of favor. No biggie really, I was happy they took a couple of things off of my hands. As others have said they wodged up what they went thru and put it back in the container. They did not make any type of an itemized list of the items that they kept to give to me. They gave me some verbal info/instructions about the process and that was it. I left the store with nothing in writing. I knew this was a mistake but I wasn't going to make an issue of it. I called once around a month later to see how much had been made. It was like $1.50. I literally laughed out loud. I never bothered to even go and pick up whatever it was that was made, BUT what I find extremely shady is that they also never called me to tell me I had a check to pick up. SO, not only do they not give you anything in writing, at the end of the consignment period if you have money owed to you, they make no effort to contact you to let you know you have a check that is available for pick up. That is about as unethical as you can get. I hope they enjoyed the clothes, I hope they enjoyed keeping my money. Apparently they need it more than I do. I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT CONSIGN WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.... TO ANYONE.
I love this store!! They have very nice clothes for great prices!! I only wish had more of a selection for boys clothes had a hard time finding clothes for my younger son.
I went to go shop today and noticed the store was empty. Very sad. Uses to love the store but I'm hearing some things may have changed recently to cause the doors to close for good. Hoping for a new location in the future!
They closed the store without notice and they owe me money! I consigned with this company for years and when the new owner took over, it was not organized at all. So sad!

Lots of clothes and toys for the kiddos. Store is very clean and pretty organized.
