After reading through other reviews on multiple platforms, please pay attention to the low rating comments as they are consistent and accurate. The higher rating comments could be a mixture of internal hype for the practice or those who had less invasive procedures. Specifically with Dr.K! I can’t stress enough to spend more time researching when looking for an ENT. Wait times will be minimum one hour each visit; time should be respected both ways & although pop ups can happen, usually did not seem busy in wait areas. Explanation of results/progress/procedures at follow ups or answers to any concerns/questions will be the bare minimum answer which leaves doubt/ anxiety; especially if you aren’t getting any relief over time with trying all suggested methods. Exams were painful. I’d expect some discomfort depending on what is done but after seeing other ent’s have realized roughness isn’t necessary and the basic cleanliness was not to standard.
My 4 1/2 year old daughter was having chronic ear infections and I was referred to Dr Kleiman by a mutual friend. I don’t have enough great things to say about the doc and his staff! They were all so accommodating and super friendly. We scheduled my daughter for 2 procedures to be done simultaneously and everything went smooth and flawless. The staff at the surgery center was also incredible. They did everything possible to sooth my daughters fears and mine. I would recommend his practice to all my friends and family!
Great experience I did eye surgery and laser and more!!! I look 20 years younger and feel amazing. I trust him to do a great job and sending all my friends. My recommendation is not to wait its worth it!!!!! His staff and convenience of his office is perfect Highly recommend Dr Lee Kleiman!!!
I set up an appointment with Dr. Kleiman to discuss immunotherapy for my seasonal allergies in 2017. After examining my nose he explained that I needed surgery because something in my nose was crooked and there was an area that had built up a lot of mucus. He said the surgery would help with my allergy symptoms. I trusted his reccomendation and went through with the surgery which went well. After everything was all said and done, my allergies still persisted and seemed just as bad as they were before the surgery. I attempted to bring up immunotherapy again during a follow-up visit. He ignored my request and instead tried to sell me on laser hair removal for my unibrow. As a patient, I didn't feel like I was being listened to and it seemed like all he cared about was selling me on the next thing. I am going to see a new allergist today because my allergies are still bad. I couldn't help but think that if Dr. Kleiman listened to me 4 years ago I would be about done with the immunotherapy treatment now. That is what sparked this review 4 years later. I will say I don't think Dr. Kleiman is a bad person or doctor. The surgery did fix my nose and he got rid of excess mucus. I just think he could've listened to what I was requesting in the first place.
As unpleasant as tattoo removal is, the staff here absolutely makes the process as smooth as possible. Each time I go in, the staff is welcoming, and willing to answer any questions I may have. Both Valleri and Katherine are great when it comes to the laser treatment itself. I've had both of them perform the treatment and the results have been fantastic. I still have a couple more treatments to go, but coming to this office really makes it a stress free process. I cannot reccoment Dr. Kleiman and his staff enough. If you're hesitant about the process at all, talking to anyone of them will put your concerns to rest.
Had consultation with Dr. Kleiman on July 21, 2017 for rhinoplasty, hair removal Groupon deal and suggestions for under eye darkness. Didn't wait too long to be seen. I am a new patient so I had to fill out paperwork about my desires and medical history. Dr. Kleiman is very friendly. I felt comfortable with the appointment other than a little rushed. Because this is surgery rhinoplasty I had a lot to say and ask about it. I don't feel like I had the opportunity to really elaborate on everything I wanted but I do have another follow up "consultation" appointment August 1, 2017 to discuss the surgery further, costs, before and after photos possible outcome, etc; along with my first laser hair removal EDIT: I have updated my rating from a 4 to a 2. My laser hair removal process went well. The technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. I saw great results after my 3 sessions. However, I ended up going to South Korea for my surgery. The total price for the surgery including using my insurance was at the high end, based on other estimates I received. I also did not like my experience with the coordinator for surgery. She was pushy and unpleasant to speak with. I have spoke to other clients and some were not pushed to make a full payment weeks before their surgery. I didn’t appreciate the difference in how I was treated. I wanted to go back for more hair removal but I don’t feel comfortable anymore, after the bad experience with the coordinator. I have unused credit with them but I’ll just count it as a lost. S. Melton
Dr. Kleiman and his entire Staff, from the Receptionist to the Nurses, all the way down to and including the Technician and the Nurse who checked led us out were not only extremely professional and courteous, they were warm, genuine, respectful, and attentive to our issues and needs. At NO time did we ever feel rushed, even though we were late to our appointment due to a backup on the Highway. When we called the Office to explain that we would be late, expecting that they would inform us that we'd have to reschedule, they politely encouraged us to be careful and that they would see us when we arrived. Instead of a cancellation we had a wonderful visit and a wonderful and complete consultation with Dr. Kleiman that left us completely satisfied with our visit, with Dr. Kleuman and his Staff, and with the recommendations that will prayerfully lead to better health, healing, and continued happiness!
When my son was born he was diagnosed with both a tongue tie and a lip tie, being he was our first child we werent quite sure what to expect with how it would be "corrected". When we got to our appointment, Dr. Kleiman took the time to explain what exactly the diagnosis meant, how it could be "corrected", etc. He made us feel at ease with the whole thing and took care of the procedure that same day. I could not recommend him any more.
I saw Dr. Kleiman for Picosure focus laser treatments on my face. I bought a package of 3. His bed side manner was less to be desired, but I was getting married and wanted to look my best so I went ahead with all three sessions. Flash forward to now, and all three sessions have been completed a year ago! I still have scarring and dark hyperpigmentation left on my face from the laser sessions. I’ve reached out numerous times to Dr. Kleiman, but as many people have noted, nailing him down is nearly impossible because he just avoids patients until they finally give up. I did finally get an appointment to go in months after my sessions to show him the scarring and pigmented areas. He simply sent me away with a serum, and said if the serum didn’t work to let him know and to come back AND that eventually the hyperpigmentation would “go away with time.” I promise you, a year later and his useless serum, and still trying to get a hold of his office and himself and my pigment is as dark as it was when I was initially scarred/lasered in his office. I beg people to not use this doctor. He’s unethical and simply just a bad human being that doesn’t care about his patients.
I had a swollen gland that turned out to be a severe infection in one of my glands. Dr. Kleiman was wonderful, he took my case even though I had never been to him before. He performed emergency surgery a few days later and the follow up was great. I highly recommend this practice.
