Great little place to grab a bite. I really enjoyed the home fries, and the corned beef hash portion was huge. The waitress was very attentive, and the prices are reasonable. I'll definitely return next trip.Food: 5/5
I went a couple of years ago as I like to support local businesses. I asked for hot tea with lemon and honey, like I do at Hall's, Spyro's, and other breakfast places. I overheard my server tell another server, "He wants lemon AND honey," in a sarcastic voice. As I ate my breakfast, another server walked around, filling coffee cups at least three times. My teacup was empty after the first time she came by. Never did she offer to get me more hot water or anything else to drink. This place is okay if you are alright with meh food and lousy service. I've never been back, as there are other restaurants that are happy to serve me decent food without a side of bad attitude.
Absolutely one of the best places ever ate! Great and friendly service from owner and server! Fresh and quality food, and huge biscuits! And, great prices! A must for breakfast in the area! Thank you! Kid-friendliness: Helped with the kids and all of the “apparatus” that three small children bring! Sign says 7a, Google says 8am, they opened a few minutes after 8. Food was on par with similar restaurants. Service was good, coffee kept coming without us having to ask, food was hot and quick. Atmosphere was quiet, we enjoyed looking through the paintings they had for sale. Overall, a nice inexpensive place for a random Thursday morning breakfast.
Ordered chorizo tacos with home fries... of all the cheese they could have used they melted American sliced cheese on the tacos?? Wow. Do they even season the potatoes?Food: 2/5
The service was great and friendly. Food was very good and many different options to pick from. The place was very steady with customers coming in and out. The parking is on the side of the building with enough space. The bathrooms were clean.Food: 5/5
Tried this place on a whim. I was amazed at their prices and the quality of the food. The Biscuits are HOMEMADE and looked wonderful. I will be going back again soon.Food: 5/5
All I can say is wow! I've read many horror stories thru the pandemic about restaurants being rude to people when their children disturb others while dining. Today, my family went to Klemm's for breakfast as soon as we woke up! My 2 year old son puked shortly after we sat down and employees saw it. I was instantly brought towels for clean up. I took my son to the restroom and we returned to the booth. The waitress asked if we'd be dining in... I decided to order to-go in that moment but I asked her to come back so I could look over menu... I cleaned up the puke on the floor. Another employee came over to take our order, I asked for fresh fruit for my son because I didn't want him to eat anything heavy. He instantly brought out strawberries and my son was sooo excited! He ate strawberries and instantly fell asleep. We decided to just dine in since he was sleeping in the booth. We stayed awhile then he rolled a bit & I knew something was wrong. He puked, again. In the booth this time. How disgusting, right? Now I am embarrassed and queuing them for more towels...the reacted very quickly. Trash bag? Sure thing, brought them right back! We cleaned it all up and apologized for the disturbance but they were so understanding & kind. I am not sure if they were all employees or some owners or upper management but I greatly appreciated them not asking us to leave, move away from the center of the restaurant or anything of that nature. The people surrounding us did not flinch, like they were in their own little world and I was happy of that! My son is almost 3 and I've never had this happen before but I just "knew" something would come of this! And viola! Nothing but a full tummy & heart! Thanks Klemm's!
Always great food, good service, and a "back in the good ole days" type atmosphere.Food: 5/5
The Wednesday Pan-Fried Chicken Special is all you need to know. They probably have a couple of grandmas trapped in the back making it. Sometimes that side is corn, and sometimes it's green beans.
