Kenny and sully were awesome sold us all kinds of things we did not have on the agenda. They were great and showed us how to use the hookah we bought and I got a super cute zippo lighter. Expensive but nice people.

Please please update your hours. I live about 20 minutes away and try to come at about 11:30 every Saturday and you guys are never open I waited till about 12 and left. This happened the last 3 saturdays I’ve came. Decent store with decent hookah stuff but if there was another store close by you’d never see me there again… all I’m asking is if you’re never open at 11 on Saturday.. change your hours. Terrible customer obsession and carelessness

Lots of brands and flavors of shisha/hookah tobacco. The owner presumably suggested several flavors based on our taste. All three were perfect! The prices were good. And he was watching a Biden speech, so he can’t be that bad

Would have given less than 1 star. Bought a hookah two days ago just to find out that the base has a water leak in it and the guy at the store tells he can’t do anything about it except take a look at the defect. No returns no exchanges. It’s a good business. Sell defective items because ofcourse you can’t use and check a hookah at the store if it’s working fine as soon as you buy it. Then say no returns and exchanges. Applause to the owner. Go ahead and delete the review.

Bought some coils for an oil vape. And found out they were the wrong size. The coils were clean, I had a receipt and the original packaging and they wont accept my return. Not to mention the store looks unorganized from front to back and the worker had to open 4 packs of coils and take some out to put together the 1 pack I needed.

Just the worst and most expensive smoke shop ever. Went there last night with my husband, one rude guy who doesn't know where the keys are for the cabinets. Also when I asked him to keep a piece out so I can compare it with some other pieces, he ignored me and put it right back inside the cabinet. Extremely unfriendly, very very very expensive. Simply not worth your business.

I can’t speak for the other products sold here, but my boyfriend stopped here to check out their cigars. The selection was quite small compared to the glass in the shop which was extensive. But he was most upset because the cigar he purchased was extremely brittle and dry. Definitely not properly stored. Not a great place to stop for cigars.

In the past I had good experiences but when I bought something for about 50 that didn't work there was no refund. Actually told me to buy more from them which was unprofessional. upset w exp here. Mgmt/owner should change practice.

HORRIBLE. I brought a scale from there with my last money for a school project and it broke the next day and they said they couldn't exchange EVEN though I had the receipt saying I brought it not even 24 hours ago, so not only did I lose out on my last $40, I also failed my project because I had no scale to complete it. If you care about customer service I would 100% not recommend

Most of the glass here looks like hell, and what doesn't, is massively overpriced. If you need a hookah, and are willing to subject yourself to needlessly terrible customer service, come here. Otherwise, there's better shops literally a block away.
