You need to becareful when they do the waxing. I originally went to get threading and they convinced me to do waxing that it would look cleaner so I said ok my mistake is not asking If It would be difference in price. I went home face felt like burning thought it was due to wax strips. This morning woke up with a burnt spot scare right below left side of my lip. KLS Threading+ has the best and most intricate workers. They are very precise and they take their time with any job they do. I go there as often as I can ever since they opened. I would highly recommend them to anyone especially if you live around the area. They are a high class threading place with very affordable pricing. They do more than just threading they offer various services. I always walk-in and they always attend me in a timely manner. They are all very nice. Get your eyebrows done here and you won't go anywhere else again.

I used to love this place.. but today they lost a customer. They're not honest when they say you get to have a free threading after a few times you pay for them. Well today I was supposed to get my free day and the girl that helps Nicky told me that it was already used.. soooo disappointed.. when she was the one who had told me last two weeks I came that the following was a free one. I think it was more personal.. since I used to do my eyebrows with her but decided to start doing it with Nicky instead. Not so sure about that. Anyways can't say anything about Nicky I think she's really good the best.. would not recommend the girl that works with her. Two months ago i had already given 4 stars but today 02/25/18 I completely changed my review all because of their dishonesty.

Always gone with NICKI and for the last two weeks I can’t locate her, they tell me tomorrow and then I go the next day and she’s no there? I’ve called and same thing “oh she’s not in come tomorrow and that’s how I got my eyebrows messes up by getting them done by someone else

I been coming here for many years. I love the service and especially the way they do my eyebrows. I'm very picky and dont tust anybody with my eyebrows only because I've had really bad experiences in the past. But this place is amazing I love Nicki shes the best I trust her with my eyebrows she always does an awesome job, she has a good hand because when she threads my eyebrows it takes longer to grow. She always knows exactly what I want, i don't even have to tell her anything she automatically knows. This tells you she pays attention to her clients. One time I went and Nicki wasn't there. I needed to do my eyebrows badly so I decided to give Fiona a chance. I was nervous because I'm very picky and was scared to let anybody else touch my eyebrows but Fiona did a great job, she's very good and also knows exactly what she's doing. Now I dont have to worry about who will do my eyebrows if Nicki is not there. I love this place and wouldn't go anywhere else. I been going since it first opened. I'm really glad I found this place because now I dont have to drive all the way to Pasadena to do my eyebrows. I recommend this place, I wouldn't go anywhere else. So if you go ask for Nicki or Fiona, you wont regret it.

I am not a regular. I was in a hurry to remove lash extensions and I regret not going to my lash tech but it was an emergency and close to work/home. It was painful and I've never had to blind walk to a sink and rinse myself. Plus the glue/lash removal goo is still on my natural lashes 6 hours after I left. Nothing against the ladies.

It seemed as rushed service..I did not like it..when you check in the 1st option they offer is your phone number.. to me check in is 1. Name 2. What service you want. staff friendly but I pay $20 for full face at my regular threading salon.. maybe its just me. But it was done in a hurry the girl I usually go with takes like 25 to 30 minutes...this girl was done in 15
