I got a one hour real good full body and foot massage here. Went back to work feeling destressed 10$ and up tipping is worth every penny. The lady really massaged out all my body aches Knotts and worries no lie. I've been coming here for year's at least 10.Truly healing hands ‍ ‍

I’ve been coming to this place for many years and recommended it to family and even brought friends with me. Always had a pleasant experience, until last week. This lady that I’ve never seen before gave me $65.00 - 90 min. Private room. I’ve never taken this type of massage before, I typically go for the lounge chair for 30 min. $35. And usually I tipped $6-8. This time I didn't have that pleasant experience, my massage was interrupted twice by the massage lady’s cell phone and she walked away to answer it. I wasn’t happy about it, but what can you do?. In the end, I gave her $10. a tip bc of the 2 interruptions. She got so upset and told me in a bad way, “I gave you a 90 min. And this is what I get!”. I felt so uncomfortable and the tension and stress I walked in with, came back. She was making this scene in front of clients that were coming in. So I gave her additional $ 3.00 to calm her down, she took them with no manners, didn't say thank you, didn’t offer me tea or water as always, and walked away cursing me in her language and waving her hands. I’m a hospitality executive and also a Hospitality and Global Tourism university Professor, and if one of the employees of the hotel I work for, would curse or force a guest to give them a tip or a bigger tip he/she would be fire on the spot. I know this place is small and don’t have an HR dept. Or the capacity to train them in customer service, but they should have at least work ethics and some guidelines maybe add to the price list a suggested percentage for the customers to know in advance how much tip is expected for the respective service. Very disappointing, I will never return, recommend or take any friends.

I come here to get a massage#2- $35once a week or every 2 weeks for almost a year. I loved the way they do the massage until today. The Asian lady with the short hairup to her ears,she was wearing a black dress name michle asked me to pay before even getting a massage. I was like okay, I asked her how come ? I always pay after the service and she said cause she don’t know me. Fine, I let it go and paid. As I sit on the lounge couch and wait to get a massage. This white guy enters the store and advise the same Asian lady that told me to pay up front that he wants #3 $45 and wants a room to himself. She said ok and escort him to a room. I was upset, I felt discriminated against my color. I’m never going there again. Is this a business or just a BIAS-Business? Rules should apply to all not just based on your skin color,race,gender or religion. Is not fair, im very disappointed.

Finally tried this place out after years of wanting too and was sorely disappointed. I love getting my hair washed at the barber/hair cut places but this was nothing like that. It was like a vigorous scrubbing of dishes. Wouldn't go back at all.

I absolutely love this little gem. I try so hard not to fall asleep during my massage but they are so goood and affordable! Been going here for at least 7 years.

Tried the shampoo to see how it was like dishes but it was relaxing to me....also try the foot massage and it was relaxing....I think that everyone of us have different opinions but I respect them all ...if you go there with a respectful mind you will enjoy.......

Off the charts! I go hear for scalp massages and it's such a treat. Out of all the spas in San Gabriel Valley this is one of my favorites.
