If there was an option to select no stars, then that’s what I’d do. I find it appalling that this company has decided to join the virtue signallers on the moral high ground. They’ve just shown that they have no regard whatever for the bulk of their customers. They’ve been swayed by the emotional rhetoric of the city dwelling elites. They’re not your customers. I’ll be sympathetic to your position when you show me how changing the date of our national day will stop the violence and abuse suffered by Aboriginal women and children. It’s all smoke and mirrors and you’ve been stupid enough to get sucked in by the rhetoric.

went in 10 minutes before they closed and they rudely told me to get out and wouldn’t let me get a blanket for my dying mother. This isn’t very festive of them. Appalled.

I used to shop at kmart every other week coz their prices were fantastic but lately I've compared alot of their prices with other places and they have become a bit more expensive so If I can get it cheaper elsewhere I will.i do love all their stuff tho

Kmart is my fave shop in AU Has everything and with super low Prices. Always I found the best gift here super creatives ones at a low price. Customer service amazing. Christmas decorations are delightful and at a really good Price too. People always ask me where I bought some of my things, cause Kmart has the best creative products. Kitchen accesories super cheap from $1.50 and cooking books from $5 with good recipes.

It is such a stupid lay out. Clothing for ladies is in about 4 different locations, checkouts are in the middle of the store unless you want to serve yourself. Then recently they have even dropped the number of registers that they serve you at from 6 down to 3. I am happy to go elsewhere or shop online

Horrible employees! Were extremely rude to me by the change rooms earlier today. They accused me of stealing even though I asked them if they’d like to look through my bag before I had gone into the change room. Unclean store too as well as the employee that was by the change rooms today her uniform had brown stains and sweat marks all over

I took a client inside Kmart so he could purchase every kitchen Item he would need for his career to cook etc. Staff were excellent and the layout of shelving was brilliant. Still bamboozle me why kmarts everywhere have the paying point in the idle of the store and not at the front as it was when I managed Kmarts. That isn't a negative to them. If they wish for people to continue to steal, there choice.

Very disappointed to hear about Kmart installing facial recognition..gathering more information on us, they say its go combat shop lifting but this is Totally incorrect, as they already have CCTV on their premises, be very mindful of this people
