Kmart

Great store. Lots of bargains. Fun place to shop even with the kids. I love kmart!

Everything was easy to find people we're helpful and friendly, prices were great! But Kmart needed to have 1 more person checking people out. This part was a pain. If they had another person checking out then they would have gotten 5 stars.

Cleaner than usual. Employees offered to help us at least twice, which was nice. Took a star off because the beverage section was missing a lot of stock. The only had one package of each drink... :

Absolutely ridiculous return policy. My 2 year old received a bunch a cute outfits for her birthday. All 1 size too small. Brought in my bag of clothes with tags still on them & not allowed to exchange for the right size because I don't have the receipt. What the heck am I supposed to do with 10 brand new outfits of the wrong size!? Will NEVER shop here & will make sure my family doesn't ever get her anything from KMart again.

Poor selection. Many items are not priced. Many items are in the wrong location. Better check the shelf label, I needed a can opener. There was one with a tag that said $2.99. When I got to the register, it was $7.49. She said "It must have been on the wrong hook." Dollar General is better.

This Kmart is reasonably clean and organized. Sometimes the arrangement of items makes it a bit crowded. Prices are not bad, but not as good as Wal-Mart. They do have valued customer coupons and deals if you sign up, and those can be pretty decent if you spend enough there each year. They have a minimal grocery section, but are somewhat comparable to a Wal-Mart. I like the convenience of having them on Cherry Road, as there aren't any other stores near there with the same quality of clothing along with selection of other goods.

Every time I go to this store, check out is a minefield. I attempt to use my Save Your Way points, and EVERY SINGLE TIME there is an issue that requires calling a manager. More than once they've told me to call the customer service number for the program *as I stood in line to do the transaction*! It's ridiculous.

Better stocked than other Kmarts, still could be better. Men's clothes section seems jumbled and hard to find the shirts I was looking for.

I just wish there would be more Kmart here's to many Wal-Mart there prices are to hy plus if u make a mistake u will have to pay for it for ever I made one after my wife to be dieed I made a mistake I would not like to pay for it the rest of my life.I think Kmart would understand

I love Kmart, but this store just didn't hit the mark for cleanliness. Other than that it's not a bad place to shop.
