I can't stand this K-Mart! They have been hanging by a thread for years and years now. I used to go there back in elementary some twenty years ago and it was a deserted ghost town of a K-Mart back then. I attempted couponing there and it was such a joke. They need to learn the difference between the terms "One coupon per purchase," and "One coupon per transaction," labeled on the coupons. One per purchase means if I have 3 cans of soup, I can use 3 coupons on the cans, one coupon each. A purchase is one Item. You can purchase several items with several coupons in a transaction! Unless the coupon says one like coupon per transaction. Meaning I could only use one like coupon in a single transaction. Learn the difference employees! I'm sick of teaching Your Employees Your OWN Coupon Policy. And I know I can us up to 4 of the same coupon in the same transaction, Why don't Any of you know that?!?!?!?!? I have to argue and back up the checkout lane and it ticks me off when I know I'm right and you disagree, not letting me coupon by rules that your own coupon policy states. And You've messed up the last FOUR Transactions I've done! Four! That is obnoxious. Funny You guys actually owe me around 10 bucks but its not worth my time because your all too incompetent to fix anything. If you want good reviews offer better service. And I might add they are understaffed in a way, any time business picks up there is no one to be found to assist me. This has happened many times now. Ghost isles! Once I found someone he had no idea where anything was. Just annoying shopping experience all around. I get excited to shop there and ticked off every single time I leave. I shop at many stores too and no others seem to have the effect on me so.. Congrats!

Went to purchase a few things from this store. They had this promotion all around the store that if you applied and qualified for a sears card you would get $10 off of your purchase. Decided to apply, when I told the cashier I wanted to apply he looked at me like I was crazy. We was so confused about what I was talking about. Until I pointed at the sign right above his register. He had no clue what he was doing. Anyway, went through the whole applying process was approved but they did not have any documentation for the card that I was approved for. The manager was called over and he was as clueless as the cashier. Even though I was approved for the card I was not able to use it and I did not get the $10 OFF. I request the manager give me the number to the credit card customer service so I could close out the account since the only purpose I got it for was to get the discount. Long story short I was there for 2 Hours total. 1 hr applying and the other waiting for the "assistant manager," to get me the number for the credit card place. At the end of the day, he did not get me the number I ended up finding it on google. No wonder all of the K Marts are closing. DONT GO TO THIS STORE, UNLESS YOU WANTA DEAL WITH PEOPLE THAT DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!

This store is pretty outdated and stocked pretty low. The selection is pretty good and pretty good prices. There's not a whole lot of crowds to deal with either.

Good special but disorganized also people work there are not so friendly

No exchanges, terrible customer service, no price matching. It's clear why Walmart is winning.
