It's a Kmart, I'm not sure what else to say. The staff when I went was friendly and helpful. The prices seemed to be pretty good. The grocery section is small but serviceable and there is a full grocery in the same strip mall if you need more.
KMart is a surprising place. Yes, it's about as scattered, well-worn, and disheveled as you probably expect it to be. That said, they often have the most random, off the wall items that are exactly what you need at any given time. And the prices are usually reasonable. So don't scoff because the Big K has a reputation--pop in and they just might have what you need. With that said, this particular location must get flocked by tourists regularly because the shelves seem particularly bare. A little more consistent inventory would probably bump up this review some.
Everyone running checkout are freaking lazy, went in two days and a row both times tags off items and instead of providing service and finding out the price. They asked me to run to the back of the store to find another item..... Witch in my mind is them being lazy and pushing there jobs off on customers instead of calling someone in that department to have it taken care of. Get over your self what makes you think I want to do your job for you just to spend money in your store
I like some of the clearance deals that can be found here. This KMART is actually pretty clean. The cashiers can be slow, but they're really friendly.
This is being written under my husband's name, but I want to share the extreme professionalism and customer service that I received today in search of a hard to find Halloween costume. The store manager, Gary, and his staff kindly helped me find the item, while I was on the phone, and found a way to tranfer the item to Springfield. I received Nordstrom service today with K-Mart. I come into this store 3 times a week everytime i do i get followed by employees like im going to steal something, i pay there electric bill every month with the amount of money i spend in this place
I love K-Mart products. Staff is eager to help. Store is clean. Price's are reasonable.
Great place to shop and great customer service! The store is always very clean and organized and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Going out of business sale. Shame what's happened to kmart. Staff friendly. Was impressed by that in light of the closing.
