Store is going out of business. Prices are good but there is often a longer checkout process as they have system issues with wrong prices ringing up. The cashier has to call over a manager to override pricing and manually change prices on everything. It took 10 minutes to checkout a total of 6 items.
Was able to get a fishing license, but there aisle for fishing supplies was very lacking.
Liquidation sale has inflated prices to make shoppers feel like they're getting a good deal. Truth it's the same price on "sale" that is on Amazon regularly.
Worse place ever. They are the worst place for returns. I got my daughter shoes on a sunday afternoon that next day her shoes broke and they tried to give me back the money for them which they were on sale on Monday not on sale on Sunday and I had to fight for my money. I wasn't being ripped off. They have horrible staff and the restrooms always smell..
It's ok... for the area. Prices are way high, even for something as simple as a bag of dirt. They do have selection, like a dilapidated Wal-Mart, but less "roll backs"... their "blue light specials" aren't much either
This Kmart is a complete joke. I've been standing at the jewelry counter for over 20 mins. The lady at the service desk is struggling with a duplicate phone number. 2 cashiers are looking at me like they are stunned. The 1 male cashier is eating something and chewing like a complete horse. 2 other associates have walked by me and as I started speaking, they brushed me off. Talk about a waste of employment.
KMART is closing Feb. 16th. They are having closing sale. Everything is 30% 70% off. Jewelry is 80% off. I saved 156.00 dollars. You should check it out. Near the end will be 80% off.
So glad for our kmart always a clean store and the employees are always very friendly , easy to find the things your looking for and if by chance you cant find anything someone will help ya any way they can , i think all the employees up front at customer service and registers deserve a huge raise for dealing with the everyday people they deal with
Kmart always has every thing I need. I love their sales and the people who work there!! I always use my savings card for points, and get great savings.
Always an experience. Never have what I originally go there for, but always find something to leave with. We have no where else to go. Wish it would expand to a super K-mart and make a trip worth wild, but that must have been a 2017 New Year's teaser for Berwick.
