Management was never very good here, the last time I went was when they started having all of the store closing sales and there was still a LOT of stuff there. The staff were much much more friendly when I went for possibly the last time. They have a great deal for jewelry right now and you bet I got some myself quality earrings for 70% off. Nothing is refundable so go ahead and buy some good stuff but of course be wise about it too. The food isn't at a good price basically same price but the best things to buy are shoes, shirts, and jewelry.
Does have a large toy section and many discounts in store. They always have clearanced items in toys, clothes, and shoes. Friendly staff and the ones I've asked for help did help me! Their prices do usually ring up right here unlike Wal-Mart! Nice big parking lot so you're not crammed in. Would recommend. Really hope they don't close it!
Lately I have been having complications with K-Mart and so I haven't wanted to shop there lately.
Bad experience at customer service desk about returning a item??? Wouldn't credit my card back, so then I told them I would settle for an exchange, wouldn't do that! Merchandise credit or gift card for the amount, nope can't do that either!! Will not return to shop, nor either will I shop online with Kmart! Rude, not helpful, and definitely not concerned with customer service!
Michelle is the rudest manager or customer service person, I have ever encountered in my 40 years. I could care less that she is an older woman who can't see a reciept, so I had to wait forever. I am a patient person, but the way the way she treats the customers and her employee's is unheard of. Hiring people like this is the reason kmart is going out of business. I will be contacting Kmart when y'all open tomorrow. On the plus side the employee's there were super nice. Plenty who should be promoted and replace Michelle. She gets off on bullying her customers because she is a miserable human being.
Was told they wouldn't cash checks because they had "done too many refunds". When I asked if this was an all day restriction, was simply told that they might not even stay open if employees would not come in. Very much like a bad joke.
While Staff was Helpful and very friendly and the store was nice to walk through, i couldn't ignore the fact that there were some dirt from moved aisles in the Food Department when i visited, however this i can ignore as it can be simply cleaned up and also i applaud this store for keeping the icee machine instead of chucking it like most Kmart Stores.
Disorganized chaos. Staff has no idea how to solve problems their customers encounter. They also have no idea of the effect this inability to solve simple pricing problems has on customers waiting in the checkout line.
No help AT ALL and being ignored the entire time I was asking for help is RUDE the staff is apparently over worked and likes to talk, especially to each other. If I hadn't been on a lunch break I would have walked out hopefully some store that gives a damn about its customers will locate here when this place closes
Would give them 0 stars if I could no wonder they are shutting them down we went to the one on 1 Kmart plaza Greenville sc, to buy a dryer and as always they didn't have any in stock if you have a sale on something at least make sure you keep it in stock this is ridiculous
