Kmart

Kmart is disgusting. I worked here for not even a month. Felt like a slave. Managers were lazy and inconsiderate. Never enough cashiers. No one knows anything. Improper training. On the customer viewpoint, I bet people can agree with the previous statements. They say they “lower the price” but they really raised it. Bathrooms never cleaned cause they fired the cleaning lady cause of stealing. From a former employee and customer, don’t shop here. Glad they are closing lol.

This K-mart was mediocre, and has been going downhill for years. I check back every 6-9 months to see if they've improved, and end up walking out in disgust every time vowing not to return for another half a year. The main issue is the staff. They don't smile. They don't greet you at the register. They don't ask how you're doing. The other night our checkout clerk started talking to the manager about time they requested off while checking us out. At 17 years old I was a manager firing people for acting like this; these are full grown adults. To add to this, there are frequent technical issues slowing down checkout. They often have insufficient lanes open to process customers. The computer system and credit card readers often have slow connection leading to long delays. Several times credit card machines have been down completely. They used to have a Little Ceasar's Pizza which had pretzels and Icees; one of the store's few redeeming qualities. However, the pizza place was closed over 50% of the time I entered, sometimes as early as 7pm or weekend afternoons, so you could never rely on feeding the kids there thus you can't plan to shop there. Recently they took the pizza place out, which is going from bad to worse. The most aggravating part of all of this is that they could invest 30 minutes in training and a few firings for sure, pay a tech guy a few hundred dollars, and solve most of their problems. The fact that they haven't indicates that they don't care; a slap in the face to all those consumers spending their precious few dollars to pay their salary.

This Kmart used to be really nice but it's gone downhill. Usually only 2 check outs open, even at busy times like holidays so you're waiting in line awhile. Prices have gone up too...

A standard outlet of this retailer. Like every other one, the staff is mostly horrible and uncaring if you can even find them. Stuff is thrown about, pathetic organization, and empty carts are everywhere. Even the customers tend to be strange - although not quite like a walmart. Good thing that everything is cheap.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service.... won't return anything if it over 30 days. It was 36 days Doesn't matter of its still sealed in the box and you have a receipt! Very rude! Called service number that they gave, spoke with 5 non English speaking people. Finally was given a case and reference number and they STILL refused to do the return! I shopped there often, but they have lost all my business! I'll drive to walmart or target.

I like the McMurray Kmart. Very easy to get to, easy to find things inside, and always good deals with the price drops/SYW rewards. Products are always well-stocked in the seasonal area, as well. Christmas, Lawn and Garden

I just love Kmart. I can almost always find something that I want there. I scored really big today and the sales are GREAT.

Rude dude in wheelchair. Wantsvto check your receipt leaving the store. Scatched a yellow highlighter line on it and says ok. When asked why he did that he says its my job. Asked ahain but why? He doesnt know why.

This place never has enough associates to help find things. Never very clean either. One of the last left near the Washington area.

Don't ever try to return anything here!!! Bought a camera with a gift card and lost the receipt. Sealed and unopened, they would not take it back, even though they had to remember I was just there! Plus VERY Rude workers!
