I’m an Owner Op doing a load from Starbucks in York, Pa delivering here in Kmart Fairless hills, Pa and this is horrible! Been here since 8:56am it is now 1:38pm and I’m still here with no idea how much longer it’s going to take to offload me. It’s no wonder they had so many of these loads available! Beware!! Jockeys won’t even call in to see how much longer. Oh and that’s not to mention that you have to disconnect from trailer and jockey docks it up for you somewhere that you have no idea where it’s at lol. Never again!!!

First of all I want to say thank you to the staff excellent job. 2 if you are a driver who has options to accept or not the load heed the warnings I do not accept the load if your owner operator. It is true that required to drop the load and depending on how many factors in might take time but as for me it was an excellent experience receiving went beyond and above to do a great job and I am very pleased it so thank receiving and shipping you have done a good job that was marvelousand I appreciate how professionally you were and how you coordinated with each other even though I was missing paperwork. Thank you to the whole team I hope you all get raises and you are appreciated for your hard work.

Unloading 2 hours. Was late for appointment because broker screwed up. Still got unloaded. Make sure before coming here if you going to have live unloading. Other wise have to drop trailer for 48 hours.

I'm a swifty so I'm able to go into the building. But... I come here to pick a load up going to Pittsburgh yay. Was told to be here at 11:00 to pick up. Load wasent ready until 23:00. Yup thats bs. Yard jokey was cool. Its the people that run the place that's the problem

Beware fellow O/O's! My trailer was only 1/4 full and I've been sitting here for 6 1/2 hours, since my appt. time, waiting for them to finish unloading...WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE!!

1.5 hrs for a drop and hook. This was mainly due to waiting to get in and outgate. 1 security personnel to take care of inbounds and outbound truckers.

It's a shame kmart is slowly collapsing, but it's not a surprise. Takes 30 minutes to get in the gate, 30 min to get out the gate. Oh well. The Kresge folks don't want to try harder, they'll end up alongside Circuit City and Blockbuster. Give it some time and that warehouse will be renamed Amazon PHL4.

The end is near. Welcome to the real world where Obama screwed everyone with the cost of healthcare insurance. Unless your on the third ,forth, or fifth teir of kmarts wages. Then u already know .

Bad place to unload from lumper very unprofessional guy with flip flops and feet on top of the desk telling you to wait for his conversation with his homeboys instead of taking care of business plus make you wait for 5hrs+ to unload you even do they pay detention that's not the point of keeping cost down if I was a CEO I'll clean house from lumper to receiving office they were having a good time not worrying about getting this merchandise of these truck so bottom line company loses

The worst warehouse I've ever been. I drop off my trailer on Saturday and I call them on Monday afternoon they said they even didn't touch it. And they said it might be unloaded on Wednesday or Thursday. DO NOT DROP YOUR TRAILER.
