My parents were the customers for this business, but I was the flower recipient. The man that delivered them was very patient and kind, and the flowers were absolutely stunning. The biggest roses I've ever seen! I almost thought they were fake, but they indeed are real. I cannot speak for the pricing here, but I will say the arrangement is stunning, as well as the vase they came in. I will probably be using this business in the future. Thank you to everyone who helped brighten my day!
I asked Knaup floral to send an arrangement of flowers to my great-niece who lost her baby due to miscarriage and they made the most beautiful arrangement for her. I could not have asked for a more perfect arrangement. She is very pleased and so am i. pleased and I am too
I came in looking for a gift for someone who was literally my guardian Angel when I had a freak accident and this florist helped me find exactly what I needed and was so patient with us and helpful.
Peggy was patient, kind and thoughtful as she helped me with my mom’s surprise 80th birthday party. With less than 24 hours notice while they also prepared for a big wedding, she and her team created seven beautiful arrangements that elevated the party’s decor and ambiance. I am so thankful to Peggy for her calm, care and expertise. The Knaup team made our occasion even more special and memorable. My heartfelt thanks to Peggy and the team! I recommend them for any occasion!
My 34 year old cousin passed away very tragically and suddenly recently and we originally ordered flowers from a website. 2 nights before the funeral they cancelled on us. These owners were being ordered from family in Germany. The morning before the funeral I called Knaup and was treated kindly and with compassion. I explained my situation, gave my price point and the morning of the funeral was blown away by the perfection of the arrangement. The flowers were absolutely stunning. THANK YOU doesn't seem like enough.
I am in California and I needed to send flowers to a funeral for a family member in Cape. The woman I spoke with was very kind and helpful. Said this business has been there 98 years! I think that is a great statement and in and of itself. I would highly recommend this business.
I needed a local florist to follow through with an idea that I had for my aunt’s funeral. I live in TX so I just picked a random florist, not knowing anything about them. I wasn’t able to attend the funeral due to being out of town. When I was younger my aunt would send us a birthday card every year with 1 stick of Wrigley’s spearmint gum inside. It became a memory I’ll never forget. I called Knaup’s Florist & explained that I had an odd request & asked if they could provide a pkg of gum & attach it to the bow on the plant that I ordered. They said they could accommodate that without a problem. My mom sent me a picture of it after the funeral & Knaup’s did a beautiful job & fully executed the idea that I asked for. It even made it more special because it was the old school package that I remember & not their new packaging. I would recommend them completely to fulfill any florist needs!!
What an amazing business. I called them at 1:50 pm on a Saturday and they were closing. My daughters senior year sorority event was presenting the girls with roses. I was not sent the flyer or email as I have in the past. They took my order and delivered in time for the program. Thank you and please support this local business in Cape Girardeau!!
I don’t need a flower shop often, but when I do it’s Knaups. I have been a customer here and there for many, many years and have yet to have any negative experience. The employees and owner all are super nice, communicate well and aim to please. 10/10 recommend.
I live out of state and needed a reliable quality florist to design and deliver a a floral arrangement for a friend's birthday. Peggy at Knaup Floral was so helpful . The flowers were beautiful and promptly delivered. It's clear why this florist has been in Cape Girardeau for 99 years. They are a quality business.
