So disappointed with this kneaders location. It’s been years and I have Always had an awful experience. I wait In the drive thru for 30 min to get my food even when I’m the only car, they are ALWAYS out of something the past 5 times I’ve been there they have been out of turkey or chicken. THEY ARE A SANDWICH/ SOUP PLACE HOW CAN YOU BE OUT OF YOUR MAIN INGREDIENTS!!, and the employees are careless and clueless. Who ever runs this place needs to do their job and run this location better. It’s not just me. I’ve talked to dozens of people and they have all had awful experiences. This was my sandwich today after they said they were out of turkey so they gave me chicken instead. CHICKEN??? Where?! That’s not a TBA that is bread and lettuce. So so disappointed and after today I am so done. Kneaders do better.
Sandwiches and Soups are super yummy! My family and I come here often if we need some comfort food. It’s the really the greatest bakery around Orem/Provo area. Please try the Chicken Bacon Avocado Sandwich!!! And the bread bowls are wicked. I recommend to come in the morning to try the French Toast. The employees at this location are very quick and helpful. I only wish that the drive-thru had coverings so that the rain wouldn’t get into my vehicle. It got my door really wet and is was slightly annoying.
I love Kneaders, but so disappointed with this experience. I was the only one in the store and I waited 15 minutes for a half made sandwich. Not to mention there were 5 workers present. When I finally got my sandwich it was dry and the toppings weren’t even on it:
My family of 10 came into Kneaders after a bike ride at 10:30. We were worried about getting our $5 all you can eat French Toast on time. We ordered and were served so quickly! The service was amazing and the food divine! Loved it! We are planning on a repeat sometime soon!
I don't go here very often. When I have been, it's been great: the service & the food. From the get-go. Horrible service, the women at the front, service? I don't know what 3 women had their attention on. There were several of us "customers" waiting, while these women ignored us. When I finally got service, she was quite curt, like I was annoying. I noticed a gentleman who was dressed quite nicely, very cordial, well dressed...and he was ignored as well. I always come here for the Tuna Salad sandwich, it was great before! Today the sandwich was what anyone could throw together: can tuna, largely chopped celery & regular mayo. Very disappointing! I could have made that at home. And the clincher?! One of the "Women" brought out my to go, like it was a garbage bag, from the way she holding it and her demeanor. I came for lunch after 2 pm, so it definitely wasn't busy. My most upset, seeing the way those women treated the well-dressed couple, the couple was So well-dressed! Your Tuna Sandwich used to be outstanding. Your service used to be outstanding!..today I felt like these women fell like us the customers were an annoyance.
Dang! This place is stingy with their portions. They literally made my Turkey croissant on two ends of a stale 2 day old croissant. I can’t figure it out because right across from the checkout is a huge tower of what seems to be brand new fresh croissants, so I’m not sure why they chose to give me an old one or how they got a tiny croissant instead of those big, fluffy ones for the sandwich but their decision to cut corners just cost them a seriously good customer. There was literally 2 tablespoons of turkey meat on the whole sandwich. It was just basically a plain croissant. Even though I was in huge hurry to get somewhere as I am hauling my horse in a horse trailer. Not to mention I had waited 20 minutes for the sandwich, but despite that I just couldn’t bare to not get my money back. So I went back and returned their “sandwich,” got a refund, and now I have to figure out where else I can get food. It’s quite a bummer. I used to always take business people here for lunch and I bring my huge family, but after this I’m just done. My experience with this chain has just gone down hill over the last year. I know businesses are struggling in general, but this was ridiculous. When I spoke with the girl working there, she just shook her set head, as if she totally understood, and was dealing with her hands, being tied with the management instructions. It’s too bad. This is the second time this has happened at this location. I got a cheese cake a few weeks ago and though it was very small for a $6 cheesecake it was very good; but I would have expected more for the amount it cost. I thought nothing of it except it happened again. I went to get their very delicious raspberry cream cheese pie. But was so sad and disappointed when I returned home with my nighttime treat. It was small. The brownie I got for my husband was larger for the same price. I know inflation is hitting everyone hard and ppl are upping prices but I would expect more for what I was charged. I won't be returning anytime soon. It's not worth the cost
Sub par at best. Friendly service even though they got my order completely wrong. The food itself was underwhelming, especially for the price. A friend got a side salad with her order and it was literally a bowl of lettuce and balsamic vinegar. Should have gone to Zupas!
We ordered two full cakes and pastries for our wedding. First, let me say that the lemon cake was amazing, and the pastries tasted great also. However, there were a few issues. First, they didn't have boxes that fit the cakes, so the tall round cake was in a short rectangular box. The lid was hitting the top and the sides weren't supported. By the time we arrived, the one cake had shifted partly off the bar plate. Second, they ran out of one of the pastries that we ordered, and replaced it with a random one instead of calling and asking what we would like. Last, and most importantly, the chocolate strawberry cake wasn't cooked. Like, the cake layers were refrigerated batter. It was really disappointing, especially for the event that we purchased them for. If heard great things, and loved what was done well, but not something I would risk again.
I just think it’s interesting that at every single kneaders location in utah county, their steamer machines are always conveniently “broken”. I called and asked someone on the phone and multiple people told me that it was working and when i showed up 2 minutes later theh said it was broken. so i called back again while in the drive through and she told me again that it wasn’t. We ended up taking our business elsewhere and found better steamers at starbucks!!
