After a POOR start on our project, we met with Mr Knight and he assigned Vinnie to make corrections and finish our project. Vinnie was very professional and communicated well throughout. Vinnie was so awesome sat without power for two months couldn’t find a electrician ran into him at the store, he showed up in the next day and he fixed my problem within 20 minutes
Tim and Josh showed up on time and did a great job. You can tell they take pride in the work and service they provide. All work was very neat and tidy and they worked quickly. They took the time to discuss options with me and were eager to make sure I was fully satisfied with the end product. Highly recommend.
Knight Electric was truly my "Knight" in shining armor in my most desperate hour. I had another company scheduled for an AC repair and when they didn't show I called started calling around. It was after hours, of course, and I had no luck in finding anyone to help until I called Knight Electric. Even though it was after hours, their message left a cell number and name, Steve, for emergencies. I called and Steve answered right away, even though he was on vacation. One of his servicemen, Tim, arrived later that evening and repaired my AC unit and at a VERY reasonable price considering the circumstances. I will never call anyone else except Knight Electric for all me electrical needs. Great company, great attitude and great work ethic. Thank you Steve and thank you Tim!
We recently built a home at Jacksonville Beach and our builder used Knight Electric. They were very thorough and professional. Vinnie, in particular, was very accommodating and made some last minute changes without any hesitation. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them in the future if the need arises.
