For starters, the room was fantastic! Definitely a great place to stay for the price. The outside didnt look like much, but it was much better on the inside. The downside was that the lady at the counter seemed more annoyed at our arrival than anything else and then she charged $10 more than the rate on their website. If it hadn't been so late we would have gone somewhere else just because of her. Aside from that, it was a pleasant stay

If you're coming to Jackson for business do not book this hotel especially if it's coming out of your own pocket. I spent 600 for two weeks and the last few days I was there I noticed they had cockroaches and they rooms had a funny smell to them. When I first got there and book the room they had to change my room from the first one because the first one smell like trash. The room service was wasn't good she had a little attitude. They even stole money off of my card so if you use a credit card with these people I advise you to pay in cash. I advise you not to take this hotel choose something different. I told today manager about the money they took off my card and he had an attitude with me. So will not choose nights and ever again and I hope nobody chooses they room. I hate the fact I have to give them a freaking star

We rented the jacuzzi tub room paid $220 for two nights. Was told the tub was big enough for two people. The tub is not big enough for two people. Wouldn't let us see the room before renting it. Maids never brought us towels. We left the next day and asked for our money back for the day we didn't stay. They wouldn't give it back. Very noisy. Not clean. Bad service. Will not stay again.

we booked our room online. honestly when we figured out the location and drove in the parking lot we expected the worse. we paid and went to our room walked inside it nice newly redone pleasant smelling clean fridge and microwave were clean. the bathrooms were clean very well also. I would be absolutely to book this establishment again.

This was definitely a budget motel but in the best kind of ways. It was clean with comfortable beds, good pillows, and towels of decent quality. The management is courteous and the bathrooms are reasonably updated. The price was unbeatable. We stayed there both times coming and going through Jackson.

I have to wonder about their glorious reviews lately. Used condoms laying in the floor doesn't make for comfort for me. Also extremely rude staff. I never knew it costs 50 dollars a night to stay in a dump. They don't deserve one single star, but I have to give them one for this to be seen. they are using fake reviews. Be careful.

This room turned out to be a lot better than I anticipated. Under $50 for one person on a Saturday night, I got a clean room with microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Heater worked and plenty of hot water, flat screen TV. They do have continental breakfast, even though I did not try it. The only minor gripe I had was that the security latch to the door was broken, even though the door did have a bolt latch. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was absolutely filthy. The toilet seat was broken. The toilet was backed up. Bare wires were protruding from electrical outlet near the sink. When I refused to stay and demanded a refund, I was told no until I told them I had taken pictures of the room. I have never written a review before, but this place deserves one. I would Never recommend this place for my dog , let alone a friend

This is the worse place I ever stayed the rooms are not the rooms the manger put on the website. I was told the rooms were new and everthing in the rooms were new. Not true at all. i was quoted one price and charged a different price. i had to not only call the police but i had to call cooperate as well trying to get refunded my cash. the overall experience is less than a one star
