Knotts Berry Farm Resort Hotel

Just stayed here for the first time with my family and we all had a great time. The place is nice and clean with updated appliances. It’s walking distance to the park and you can park your car at the hotel even if you aren’t checking in till later that day. We got room service and all the food was delicious. You get 20% off if you eat at the restaurant though. The fruit platter was fresh and big portion. The steak and eggs were delicious and pancakes were big and fluffy. Definitely going to be staying at this location again.

Rooms are a little outdated. Surprised not all rooms have refrigerators and microwaves. The restaurant had amazing food! The waiters/waitresses were great and friendly! The pool and hot tub were perfect. Plenty of shallow and deep end for everyone. Work out room had a little of everything. Steam room and sauna were out of order.Rooms: 3/5

This place is extremely clean!! I am from Vegas where they are know for hotel stays and this experience was great. The linens were spotless, the towels looked brand new, guest bathrooms didn’t even have a smell that is how clean they were. The staff was very nice and accommodating. There was an option to pre order breakfast the night before which I thought was convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The view was Great . 360 view of property.The room was clean and comfortable but lacked accommodations. Some requests weren't met do to lack of availability. Stayed three nights, Housekeeping needs to be requested in advance if you want room to be cleaned during your stay. Great heated pool. The breakfast buffet wasn't as impressive as I thought it would be but if you want to skip the free meal and Pay for breakfast a special menu is provided. Overall would stay again just for the convenience and walkability to Park. Walkability: Distance from Hotel to Park not far .

We are huge knotts fans. I honestly love the atmosphere and we've just about always had a great time. We decided to give the hotel a try since it was just about the last thing left untried. We had a great time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean but I was surprised to learn that cleaning for the room is done by request rather than daily. I also saw some troubling signs that engineering is cutting corners. I really hope that the people who maintain the rides my kids love take more time and avoid dangerous shortcuts like I saw at the hotel. The photo is of a chandelier in the outside courtyard. Rather than wiring it properly and safely, someone chose to shove two bare wires into outlet slots. This is almost certainly illegal and a fire hazard.

I don’t know what all the negative reviews were about. We had the absolute best time here. The hotel was completely spotless, everything was super clean. The staff were amazing and so kind. We didn’t go into the pool but saw a handful of families down there and it looked like they were having a blast. We had a mini fridge, a huge tv and there was plenty of rooms for me, my husband and three kids. We will most definitely stay here again.

Booked a ticket and stay package. Overall, it was a good value and obviously convenient to the park. The rooms were nicely remodeled and were comfortable. The only negative was that we could hear absolutely everything that happened in the attached room. I would highly recommend asking for a non lockout room. The soundproofing between rooms is not acceptable. Rooms: Ask for a room that doesn't lockout to another room. Sound proofing between lockout until is unacceptable.

I don't know why there were so many bad reviews. The room was very modern and up to date. The beds, while too firm for my liking, were overall comfortable. Also, contrary to other reviews, there was a mini fridge. It was very mini, smaller than most hotels we've stayed at, but it was there. No microwave, but there was a Keurig. Overall a great experience.

The rooms were fair, but we only looking for a conformable place to sleep and it met our needs. Great staff and next to the park. Vehicle parking on site with extended parking time to enjoy the attractions after check out. Nearby activities: Next to Knotts BerryScary Farm Walkability: Easy access to the parks and shops Food & drinks: Dining and pub were easy to access and they had a small store as well.

The hotel used to be a 5 star. For the price you pay and to have no fridge nor microwave is just not worth it. People come back with food and drinks from the park and it goes to waste rather than having somewhere to store it. Our tv didn't work. They had to call maintenance. I can go across the street for half the price and get a fridge with a microwave. Our family has stayed here for years and now it's just not worth it. The beds are rough and so are the towels.
