Feeding our Knox family
We strive to provide well balanced selections in what we offer in all dining services venues. If you are on a meal plan, you can get anything in our cafeterias, from the not so good for you comfort foods to delicious authentic ethnic dishes from around the world. Our cafeteria menu composition divides almost evenly into one third vegan recipes, one third vegetarian recipes and one third for the carnivore or flexitarian.
We also feature products from local farmers during spring and fall growing seasons, and products form local bakers and coffee roasters year round. Anything from local asparagus to local zucchini.
