I love the KOA! My friends and I stayed in a cabin for 5 days and had a phenomenal time. Dennis, the owner, has invested so much into creating a beautiful campground and there are many long term campers at any given time. The bathrooms have recently been redone and they're extremely nice for a campground I mean REALLY nice. Staff is mostly extremely kind and accommodating and they'll do their best to make your stay great. Order some good food from the food truck! PS: One staff member is very particular about the state of your campground so make sure you stay on top of your chores! Also don't walk across lots to the bathroom, even with permission from the campers on those lots. That same staff member will raise a real ruckus if you do.
The KOA staff were very friendly and helpful with special requests. Store was nicely stocked, campgrounds and bathrooms/showers were very clean. The hosts were anxious to help us with anything we needed. There is a park immediately across the street that they recommended we use because it's a short walk to the edge of Lake Erie. This was an excellent location and we'll be back.
After staying in at least 10 campgrounds in the last 5weeks this is probably the nicest. Nice clean tiled washrooms. Beautiful mowed stocked fishing pond. Office open till 9pm with a large clean store. Helpful friendly staff. Walk across the road to a large city park on the shore of lake Erie. Level pull thru sites with gravel and with nice well spaced trees for shade.
We were just there this past weekend for the 1st time, and we only went because our friends, who have been camping there for years, were there and we wanted to spend time with them. Before we left yesterday, we had booked a week in July and weekends in August and September ! The owners and workers are friendlyand fun, the showers and restrooms are very clean and modern, and the food truck makes fresh cut fries !!! Our Pomeranian, Snickers, loved the dog park. Can't wait to go back !
Love KOA/ but by a busy highway, not so much. clean clean clean The OUTTAWAY PARK across the street was perfect. Every camping experience is different strokes for different folks. We like to do the 1 & done experience, nothing against any particular place, that's just our style.
We LOVED it! This campground is so convenient and easy to find ...right off the Interstate. The campground hosts were very friendly and the campground is very clean and quiet. It's a great place to stay.Location: 5/5
Stopped at the Koa in Westfield for a day. We really enjoyed our stay! Campground was clean and staff was very welcoming! The sunset on lake Erie just across the street is beautiful! A must see!
Great customer service, and very friendly. The food was great. Pizza and wings were very good. The only downside was the I 90 is just on the other side, but at night it wasn't really that bad.Rooms: 5/5
As every KOA Campground, it is really good and has all you need to park with your RV. Price it is not that cheap but it is OK for the service and Accommodations you receive.Service: 5/5
5 Stars is not enough, should be able to put 5 hearts! Thank you so much for everything you did to accomodate a poor motorcyclist in the rain! Every of your single actions were so appreciated, i am a early bird so i did not had the chance to see any of you to say a big THANK YOU!!! The crazy Canadian!
