Never disappointed when eating here, their stuffed avocados are amazing and always the perfect amount of crunch. The beef fried rice and chicken fried rice are always outstanding. The decor doesn’t fully match the style of the restaurant but the crew makes it work. Servers are always super fast and hospitable. The food is always hot and fresh and tastes amazing. Love coming here when I’m in the area.
Decent hibachi grill. Frankly, I was comparing it to Shogun the whole time because it's the only other hibachi grill I've been to and the prices were very comparable. As far as service goes, it's pretty similar to Shogun, but the general vibe from the place and quality of the utensils was worse. Our server and chef were great and the food tasted amazing though. Overall, it was a good experience but it'd be hard to pick Kobe over Shogun
Decided to celebrate nephews bday,let’s just say what a horrible experience.we were in the middle of eating, the hibachi grill cook came over splattered chemicals/cleaning products all over the grill, not sure if it landed on our food or not. The smell of chemicals were strong, then he proceeds to start scrubbing while we are trying to enjoy our meal, I politely asked if can wait until we are done eating he throws his wires scrubbed on the grill and walks away leaving the mess all over the table. I then ask the manager if someone can come and wipe off the spill of chemicals well after waiting 10 min my brother got up and wiped it off himself I mean the service was just rude. They forgot my order on top of never apologizing.
I don't know who made this but whoever they are deserves a fully paid vacation. This meal was majestic, the sauce danced on my tastebuds harder than people on tiktok. Highly recommend the general chicken. 10/10 must try.
Service was really prompt and food was good. A little too much oil used in the fried rice and vegetables for my friends digestive system, but it sure tasted great going down. Hibachi was good and Sushi tasted freshly made. We will return again..
There was 4 of us & we all had 2 plates of sushi a piece plus pit stickers I call them. The staff was friendly, it's clean, and our waitress was always there at the right time. I'm saying prices are fare. They have more than sushi.
Supposed to have scallop in there but NO! The manager even had the audacity to lie. Straight up just fried balls of imitation crabs! Extremely disgusting! And pricy for just imitation crabs! Customer service is extremely horrible as well. A waitress was cleaning the table next to us and making remarks like “OMFG, Are you serious!” Do not go here!
Nico was a patient and attentive server; he made us laugh and answered everything we asked. The food was great! There wasn't a big group at our grill so our chef didn't "perform", but he was still very nice and did well at his job. Salad, soup, sushi were exactly what I expected it to be like. We live in rural Bentonville, but we will definitely be back Arigato!
Excellent service and fully staffed when we went as a table of 9. Great presentation and lots of flat screen Tv's to monitor the big game.
This was my first time at Kobe and I have to say...WOW. I absolutely LOVED it! For Sushi, this is definitely in my TOP 2. Their menu is filled with various meal options. The food is tasty and delicious. Very neatly placed for presentation. The restaurant itself is clean and has a cozy feel to it. As far as seating, you have the choice of sitting either by the grills where your food is flame cooked by the Chefs, right in front of you or regular dining booths or tables. The staff are friendly, that goes for both hosts and servers. Pricing wise, I'd say Kobe is in between 50/50. You have your basic dishes, then those that go up. However, it's affordable. I will definitely be going back soon. And I highly recommend it if you are looking for quality Sushi in the Arkansas area. You won't regret it! I know I'm glad I went.
