Came in here and I was almost three hours late but everyone was really accommodating there where almost three trucks ahead of me when I arrived but I was given a door very quickly and not even an hour later was done. Everyone from the guards to the people working where really good. Yes is a REALLY thigh backing but is doable.

Avoid this place, they are inconsiderate and have total disrespect towards us drivers... No where to park or overnight parking... Very small facility and keep you for a long time. You will have a full reset when done.. place sucks

I had a great experience here. Rebba was the best. I got in an out an was 3 hours late. No parking an kinda tight backing in.

Quick load, friendly staff except for the old lady at the guard shack. She does not know how to handle incoming truck traffic and is extremely rude.

Arrived was waiting to unload they kept putting trucks in front of me until i was told i would have to wait until the morning shift came in,in the morning they still put 4 trucks in front of me that came in overnight,i asked what was going on they sald they would get me when they had room WOW!!, i guess i just randomly picked up this straight thru load and had nothing better to do with my time except hold on to their fresh product

Drivers… Do yourself a favor and if it’s not your appointment time do not pull in here… Park at Walmart 1.1 miles away or somewhere else to hide and call Reem… I give it a four stars because my appointment was at 8 But they called me at 4 o’clocko’clock at night and I called them at 10 o’clock in the morning to check in and explain the situation and they called me about 4 o’clock in the afternoon and told me to come on in…I WAS IN/OUT IN 40 mins…Tight dock area and absolutely no parking…PLEASE CALL AHEAD

I have to admit after reading the reviews I was quite nervous about coming here. However, Upon arrival I was able to back into the spots in front of the guard shack, there were 5 trucks in the dock, they cleared out fairly quickly. It was shift change so did have to wait a short period of time. The guards are EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. I was treated with respect, I need to mention I was an hour late due to trying to fuel at the pilot that only had three pumps open and major construction going on, the young lady working receiving was very nice but she went of duty, the short plump Mexican guy who came on after was stand-offish. He came out looked at my unit, shook his head and started walking away. I asked if there was a problem, he looked at me and just walked away, shortly afterwards the female guard came over and changed the temperature. I forgot I had it on -11 instead of -10. I told her sorry I would have changed it if he had told me what was wrong. It is tight backing in but doable, yes it STINKS!!!!! But I don't think its worse coming here than any other place now-a-days. Only three stars due to small area, and stench, and stand-offish napoleon complex man. But 3 for super friendly and professional people before him and in the guard shack before and afterwards. Hooch gives them a three Paw review because they loved on him.

I arrived at 1330. My appointment was at 1400. They got me into the dock pretty quickly and started loading pretty quickly as well. The loading took about 45 minutes and they had me all loaded up. I heard other people say it took a while to back into the dock because it was a tight area. That’s not very true. It can be a little tight with all the traffic they have coming and going plus the yard dogs moving trailers. But if you know how to back up with some experience you shouldn’t have any problems at all.
