Kohl's ruined my credit. I moved. I went shopping at Kohl's. Cashier asked if I wanted to get a credit card. I told her that I had one, but didn't have it with me. Cashier quickly looked up my account and made the charge. I never received a statement, because I moved. How did I know about the charge well Kohl's quickly sent it to collections and ruined my credit. As soon as I found out about bill due I payed immediately, but the damage was done and Kohl's would not help me. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT KOHL'S AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! I also found their changing rooms to be dirty
Avoid this company and their terrible service. Ordered a vacuum and it arrived missing parts. Took the time out of my day to return it and had to place a new order because the store “can’t do the that”. Now, their fulfillment department LOST the second order. I can’t cancel the order because kohls says the status is “complete” but according to the tracking, UPS has been waiting for 8 days for kohls to hand over the item for shipping. Just go to Walmart or order from Amazon.
Corporate address online is not showing up at the post office. Tried to call got put on hold. Then a survey came up. I could only answer 1 because nothing had been done then it hung up after the survey. I may never shop Kohl’s again!
East Peoria store's men's clothing department was a total mess. clothes everywhere except where they should be. would enclose photos if this website would let me. another good reason to do my shopping online elsewhere.
An unauthorized payment was taken from my checking account. When I called the bank, the trace number is linked to my son's Kohl's account. Kohl's took the authorized payment from my son's account, and also took an additional payment from my account. We both have Kohl's accounts, but do NOT share a savings account. Our checking accounts may be at the same bank, but that does not give Kohl's the right to process a payment that I did not make. I tried twice to TRY to communicate with the representatives when calling the credit card number. On the third call, I asked for a supervisor. I was denied the request. A man AGAIN tried to justify the action saying it wasn't their fault, when Kohl's is clearly the one the sent the transaction to my bank. Yes, I have been in contact with my bank. I have the trace number that links the payment to my son's account. I will NOT be shopping at Kohl's again. Maybe if they had phone reps that understood ENGLISH, this issue MAY have been able to be taken care of. EXTREMELY ANGRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE WORKING THERE AND BEING A CUSTOMER! AGENTS AND MANAGERS ARE INCOMPTENT, CHARGES LATE FEES WHEN IT'S THIER MISTAKE, CAN'T GET AHOLD OF CORPORATE, AND CC NEGATIVELY WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT! I WILL NOT SHOP THERE EVER AGAIN OR RECOMMEND!!!!!
Horrible experience... Order a gift for my Boss and when she opened the package the contents were missing. I was mortified as it was surprise party. Kohls advised that the item will be sent overnight at no additional charge. Well the next day still no package. I called again the following day and was told the package will arrive soon as it was out for delivery. For my inconvenience and humiliation I was offered $10 in Kohls cash. Needless to say I terminated my account with them.
Representative from the office of the President has cost Kohl’s a customer. Focus on listening and addressing concerns versus lectures over $20 in Kohl’s cash.
It’s doesn’t seem like Kohls values their customers. I will not be shopping with them again and will be closing my Kohls charge!! It’s a shame, I really liked their store.
Kohls has made themselves inaccessible to resolve complaints. There is no one to help when a credi card issue arises. I’ve paid my credit card bill two times for the same debt and they misapplied it to the wrong account. Now they want me to pay the third time to guarantee I won’t get a negative credit report comment. Only then will they issue me my refund for the previous two payments they put on the wrong account. I tell people about what happened and they are shocked by the brazenness of asking me for a 3rd payment when I’ve already made payments twice. I have never missed a payment in 19 years with Kohls. I should note that they erroneously created a second account which was never authorized. I am flabbergasted!!!
