Very difficult to find someone who was able to help us. When we finally found on she was able to quickly find a young man to help us. He was very friendly and tried to be helpful, but Kohl’s did not have the shoe in stock, nor a similar one I could try on to check size.
The atmosphere they create is nice. It's a very relaxed feeling I have when looking around in Kohl's. Their are prices are high on most items. Although they do have many sales, Kohl's cash, snd rewards programs that'll bring prices down. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They are very clean and organized.
Kohl’s on Woodruff Rd. Greenville, SC is one of the cleanest, most friendly Kohl’s I have encountered. I have shopped Kohl’s in 3 different states. The staff at this particular location are outstanding. It is a pleasurable experience to shop at this Kohl’s, and I highly recommend it.
On a recent visit to the Kohl's store on Woodruff Rd in Greenville, SC I inadvertently set my wallet down and walked away without realizing I had not put it back in my purse. Within 15 minutes, my name was called over the PA system and I was asked to report to the customer service desk. Store associate Liz had found my wallet where I had set it down on a display, and store associate Jill had set it safely aside for me. Without the integrity of Liz & Jill, I don't know how long I would have gone without realizing my wallet was missing. I applaud both their compassion and sense of responsibility. I'm not sure in today's society that everyone would have been quite so honest, but I am grateful for them doing the right thing. Thank you so much, ladies!!!
I usually never write reviews, however I feel obligated to write a review about my kohl's experience I had today. I went to kohl's on Woodruff Rd to buy woman's clothing and woman's shoes, BTW I'm a male transitioning to female I identify as female. To make this review short, I was trying out out some woman's shoes and womans jeans in the woman's fitting room, and as I left the fitting room heading back to the woman's clothing section one of the employees was staring at me so I just kept on walking minding my business. As I'm looking for different jeans in the woman's section I look back and the employee is still staring at me. At this point I felt very uncomfortable so I put back the jeans and at this point I felt like leaving the store as my anxiety went up. As I left the woman's section, Three employees approached me including the one who was staring at me one employee was looking at me the second employee was talking on the radio and the third employee the one who was staring at me started questioning me. At this point I was very intimidated and uncomfortable. Long story short I just left the store. Ended up going to another store and doing my shopping there. At this point I most likely will not return to the Woodruff Rd Kohl's, However I will say there was a couple of nice employees who were helpful and respectful.
I love that I can find ladies dress pants that actually have belt loops and are not leggings and skinny legs. And Kohls cash isn't too bad either
Woodruff Road Kohl’s Store is clean and have courteous staff member named Gordon that was very kind at checkout as well. They currently have 80% off select items.
It was great! Celebrated our anniversary breakfast there. Everyone was very nice and the food was great as always! Highly recommend!
Great place to shop and SAVE $ Wonderful, friendly people.
Excellent selection of clothes and very friendly associates.
