The store in Phillipsburg, NJ that I shopped at was a pleasure. They had exactly what I wanted and it was neat and easily accessible. The staff in that store are friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. I asked Michele about some merchandise and she was super helpful.
The Kohl's in Phillipsburg NJ is hands down my favorite one. Very well stocked & always find what I'm looking for. Friendly staff!! Convenient for on line shopping & Amazon returns also. It's well organized & clean! Roomy to shop, not cluttered or crowded.
Kohls In Phillipsburg NJ has the very best customer service. They always say Hello When You Walk In And Always Always Have A Nice Day Or Weekend. Phillipsburg Kohs Is Clean Most of all Clothes and other misch items are where they belong. Ive had very good experiences here. Once i had to talk with the manager cant remember her name but treated me with the upmost respect and rewolved an issue i was having. Belinda P
The prices, and deals can't be beat so I'll give them that. HOWEVER, would it kill yall to CLEAN the fittingroom!!!!??? It is so incredibly dusty, and smelly in there. The clumps of dust have been there for months!!! Even the seats in there are coated in dust. I get in there and immediately started Sneezing. Please so better!
The Kohls in Phillipsburg NJ is now officially the only store I'll shop at because of such exemplary customer service. Yesterday I had to go in to make an exchange for items I had purchased online. And somehow, in the process of the day, my jeans that were Vera Bradley and less than a year old with very limited use, split from the pockets all the way across my rear end. LOL something that I didn't realize until an elderly woman thankfully pointed out at Walmart before I wrnt to Kohls. I had to buy a new pair of shorts at Walmart LOL and then went to make my return at Kohls. I had the damaged jeans in my hand and I asked an associate if there was a customer service number that I could call because they were obviously over the 6 month mark but with such limited use, I wanted to just report that there was an issue because it was obviously just the defect in the fabric. It just kind of shredded apart and only in that 1 spot. The associate that I spoke to actually happened to be one of the supervisors. When I told her what had happened she apologized even though it was obviously not her fault. She asked if I wanted them to check if I could get another pair of pants and I told her that it had been over 6 months somi wasnt expecting anything [ive been shopping here over 15 years so i know the policies well] but she wanted to check anyway to see if there was something that they could do whether it was returning then for the current list price or giving me a merchandise credit. It took a lot go work on their end to figure it out and Kendra was so professional and went above and beyond to help me. I ended up with a new pair of jeans which was better than getting the clearance price now that jeans were last seasons model.] She was just so kind and helpfil and did far more than I honestly expected and I know that managers aren't always recognized for going above and beyond. So I made sure to leave feedback for the company. But I also wanted to leave a Google review. This particular store is further for me to drive to than the one thats 20 min more local, but it's the only place I'm going to shop at from now on. The store is always clean and well stocked and though the associates have always been peasant, this really was above and beyond and I appreciate it. Thank you, Kendra!
Great store. Glad is close to my house. Most of the times I find what I’m lookin for. It’s my favorite store around.
A little expensijeff. I bought a pair of levi strauss and it was seventy dollars. Is second pair half price. I never paid that much for a pair of levi strauss. But it might be inflation because I haven't shopped in a while.
If you want a good shopping experience, go to KOHL"S. The staff was really helpful and friendly and they even gave me a coupon to use on my purchase.
Very disappointed at selection and no discount or Kohls cash very sad
